The underrated piece is constraint management — perishability, rider supply, demand spikes, geography. Automating within tight physical constraints is where frontier AI becomes defensible.

Yes it isn't magic because you don't deliver. Delivery guy came and said sir "packet fat gaya neechey ake le lo". Just imagine the delivery guys carrying groceries in a paper bag on bikes. This is the generation of AI. AI used just to fish customers and rest is history.
