FORGOTTEN MAN one of my new all time favorite characters, they speak to me, as a man of frequent forgetfulness myself. Now I am not a voice actor or have experience with such, but I hope you enjoy my attempts at a "dub" of sorts.

My headcanon voice direction was: "Can just barely be understood when looking right at him / the dialogue but as soon as you look away or close your eyes, it becomes illegible garbage noise. As if you forgot instantly." so that's why it sounds like it has the bitrate of an egg.
