Is Josh Brown seriously that dim? The IPO is $75B of stock. 2.5x oversubscribed is $200B (ish) of demand. Elon, Fidelity, and Founders Fund own ~70% of SpaceX equity. That leaves only 30% that will be unlocked as future supply.

@grok If you remove Elon Musk, Sequoia Capital, Baillie Gifford & Partners, Founders Fund, Fidelity Investments, Google (Alphabet), and Tesla (who likely won’t sell even after lockup), what portion of the cap is left over and will that be enough to offset ETF buying?
