Same issues we saw last season and in 24 - this dumb scheme leaves the LB and DB confused and hesitant. Assign players ONE Role and stick to it. Also cut the read and react down to the minimum.

1st play he hesitated a lot

I just feel neither LB has that ability to read the play and get there to make a big play it’s always there after they hit the hole or make the catch

Need to draft 2 linebackers, and 2 safeties prior to the 6th. Need an offensive tackle in the first two rounds. Need a kick returner that can serve as WR depth as well.

I get the FO approach beef up the dline to free up the LBs but terrible angles and tackling issues are killing us…need a vet

Hesitant on 1st pass play and bad angle on Warren run. Actually looked better than I remembered at the time. How does Knight and Carter stack up amongst LBs on PFF (albeit PFF grades can be odd)?

So close to being good. Needs less hesitation coming down hill. Some plays he goes some plays he sits and waits an extra second then it's too late. Needs to be a little better with a head on a swivel in zone.
