On odd days democracy shouldn't be selective, on even days democracy shouldn't be majoritarian. Definition of democracy is a moving target for some. Till everyone does what I say is the right way....that's true democracy 😆

An incredible strength in what it does to protect the freedoms and rights of its people. Oh, there's great strength in that. And it is very fragile. It is only as strong as our willingness to fight for it. And so that's the moment we're in. And I say do not despair because in a democracy, as long as we can keep it, in our democracy the people, every individual has the power to make a decision about what this will be. But the Summit of the Future showed that with a spirit of dialogue and compromise, we can join forces to steer our world to a more sustainable path. As this year’s #UNGA activities wind down, we must remember that this is not the end. It is in all our interests to choose the future we want and to guide our world towards it. The journey continues. Let’s keep going.
