ZELENSKYY: We see that Russia is increasing its internal production of ballistic missiles. And we have deficit of anti-ballistic missiles. This is big problem. United States can produce 60 to 65 missiles per month. For today's challenges, it's nothing. We need to increase and expand production. I asked previous U.S. administration, and I'm asking today's U.S. administration: give Ukraine licenses, and we will increase production of Patriot missiles. It will be very helpful for us. JD Vance on Europe: For my entire life, I have heard chirping from the European media about everything that's wrong with the United States of America. We don't have this, we don't have that. We don't spend enough on healthcare, even though part of the reason why we spend so much on defense was because we have tens of thousands of troops in Europe. I think that if the European media wants to attack the President of the United States, they need to start looking in the mirror.

Chinese think tank analyst Victor Gao, in an interview with Channel 4 News, said that China is fully prepared to fight to the very end "because the world is big enough that the United States is not the totality of the market in the world." Turkey’s Fidan is proposing to India that both nations can compartmentalise bilateral issues from the disputes regarding third parties such as Pakistan. “We really would like to have excellent relations with India, because we don't have any border with India, we don't have any outstanding bilateral issue with India, we don't have a bad history with India,” he saye. “On the contrary, we have every good reason to have to have good relationship. I think Turkey, I mean, we can [manage], for instance, our differences with Russia on certain issues, with United States on certain issues, with some European countries on certain issues, but we need, we are able to divorce one negative issue from the other, so we can put some problems in parentheses in brackets, and we can go on the positive agenda. We should not degrade ourselves to secondary roles – not when we have a chance to be a great power together. We should not accept that Europe is just a salad of small and middle powers, seasoned with enemies of Europe. When united we are truly invincible. Europe can and must be a global force. Not one that reacts late, but one that defines the future. That would help everyone – from the Middle East to every other region in the world. That would help Europe itself because the challenges we face now are challenges to the European way of life where people matter, where nations matter. Europe can help build a better world. Europe must build a better world. A world without war. But for that, Europe needs strength. For that, we must act together – and act in time. And most of all – we must have the courage to act.

We are now preparing for new diplomatic steps together with our partners in Europe and, importantly, in the United States. In fact, we are in contact almost daily with everyone who can make diplomacy meaningful. As of now, there is no clear information about what exactly the Russians plan to bring to Istanbul. We don’t have it, Türkiye doesn’t have it, and neither do the United States or other partners. And at this point, it looks far from serious. We discussed this yesterday with President Erdoğan. Of course, everyone in the world wants diplomacy to work and for an actual ceasefire to take place. Everyone wants Russia to stop playing games with diplomacy and end the war. Everyone wants a serious peace – and Russia must agree to that. That should be the agenda of the meetings. We have already presented our agenda. And we hope the American side will be decisive on the issue of sanctions – to help bring peace closer.
