Katz wasn't merely OK with this, but he said it could HELP Dems "win back... the young men we've lost." Why? It showed Platner is "one of them" & a "real person." In the video below, Katz's comments are specifically about Platner's Reddit posts blaming rape victims. And in the months since, Katz has privately and publicly waged smear campaigns against women who spoke out about Platner's horrific treatment of women. Just ask Lyndsey Fifield and Genevieve McDonald. Katz wanted to make examples of them, to end the public discussion of Platner's abuse of women. When Jenny Racicot bravely stood up to share her story, the campaign didn't simply deny the allegations. Katz & co. attacked her as just a pawn "coached and coordinated by out of state establishment operatives." Which just happened to echo what Platner said when he announced he was dropping out.
