THE EVIDENCE THAT LED A GRAND JURY OF US CITIZENS TO INDICT TRUMP ON 34 FELONY COUNTS OF FALSIFYING BUSINESS RECORDS TO LIE TO HIS OWN VOTERS After deciding to run for office, Donald Trump enlisted the CEO of the National Enquirer, David Pecker, in a scheme to “catch and kill” news stories that were damaging to Trump - news stories that would reveal Trump’s true, amoral nature. Porn star Stormy Daniels alleged that her and Trump had a sexual affair in 2006, just months after Melania Trump gave birth to Barron Trump. Michael Cohen, Trump’s former lawyer and fixer, brokered a deal to pay Daniels $130,000 to hide her story from potential Trump voters. Micheal Cohen established a shell corporation and wrote a $130,000 check from his personal funds. He then made several false entries in business records to hide the nature of the payment. After the election, Trump reimbursed Cohen for those payments through a series of monthly checks from the Donald J. Trump Revocable Trust. Trump Organization then made several false business entries to disguise the payments as lawyer fees. When stories broke about the payment to Daniels, Donald Trump looked his voters in the eye and said that he knew nothing about them, but he personally signed the checks that reimbursed Cohen. He simply LIED to his own voters. People directly involved in Trump’s “catch and kill” scheme testified under oath that the sole purpose of the endeavor was to mislead Trump voters so that Trump could get elected. The timing of the scheme obviously corroborates their testimony. In addition to Daniels, the “catch and kill” scheme paid $150,000 to former Playboy playmate, Karen McDougal, who also claimed she had a sexual affair with Trump. A former doorman from Trump World Tower, Dino Sajudin, was paid $30,000 to kill his claim that Trump fathered a child out of wedlock. The doorman’s claim has been discredited. Karen McDougal’s has not been discredited. Donald Trump is a CRIMINAL who LIES to and MISLEADS his voters for POWER. He is a NARCISSISTIC, AMORAL, SOCIOPATH.

Last year alone, Trump donors paid for over $50,000,000.00 for Trump's criminal and civil defense. That is $137,000.00 a day. UNDERSTANDING THE AMERICAN JUSTICE SYSTEM Criminal investigations start based on probable cause (PC). That means that a reasonable person would think there is enough information to warrant further investigation. When Trump's Mar-a-Lago residence was searched, it was only after an independent judge determined that there was PC to believe evidence of a crime would be found there, and it was found there. Grand Juries of randomly selected citizens hear the evidence in most criminal cases and determine whether it is sufficient to indict/prosecute. All of Trump's criminal cases were approved by Grand Juries of randomly selected citizens, not the Government. In criminal and civil trials, a defendant is entitled to a choice between a jury of randomly selected citizens or a bench trial, which is decided by a judge. Trump has lost 2 jury trials and 1 bench trial. In criminal courts, the government must prove its case beyond a reasonable doubt. That means that no reasonable person, after hearing all the evidence, could believe the defendant was not guilty. Trump Organization was convicted beyond a reasonable doubt of defrauding the American Government out of $millions$ in a ten-year tax evasion scheme. In civil courts, the government/plaintiff must prove its case by a preponderance of the evidence. That means it must be proven that the defendant more than likely than not did what was alleged. A civil jury determined Trump was more likely than not a sex predator and liar. A civil judge determined that Trump more likely than not intentionally defrauded New York State of $450 million. Two State Civil Courts determined Trump was officially an insurrectionist. Within both criminal and civil courts, there are rules of evidence to assure that the jury or judge only hears relevant information. Both criminal and civil courts are subject to appeals to higher courts. If the rules of evidence are not followed, or there was no PC for an investigation, or the burden of proof was not met, etc... the result of the trial will be overturned. Many of the cases Trump has already lost have gone through the appeals process. The law was followed completely, and Trump was found guilty and/or liable. THAT'S HOW JUSTICE WORKS IN FREE COUNTRIES LIKE AMERICA. CIVILIZED NATIONS ARE BASED IN RULE OF LAW, NOT THE RULE OF RULERS.
