We've extended a reasonable offer for Republicans to run the Minnesota House while there is a vacancy in the Roseville area district. We're asking Republicans to commit to governing under shared power if the House returns to a 67-67 tie. It's the same thing Republicans in the Senate agreed to.

Not showing up to take the oath of office at noon on Tuesday, as prescribed in the constitution, was illegal. Taking an oath in secret, not on the house floor, and prior to Tuesday was illegitimate.
