Let’s set the record straight on Biden’s COVID-era Obamacare subsidies: 1) These expiring subsidies benefit just 7% of Americans, yet all Americans are suffering with higher costs because of Obamacare. 2) Premiums are increasing regardless of whether these subsidies are extended, because Obamacare is bad policy and unsustainable. Premiums have already increased 221% from 2013 to 2025. 3) Biden’s COVID-era Obamacare subsidies don’t go to patients, they go straight to insurance companies — even for people making up to $400,000 a year. 4) Remember Democrats passed these subsidies twice, and extended them again. They set the expiration date. And they created the entire FAILED Obamacare system.
