LIV cut a player because he’s Japanese. I feel like this should be a bigger story. Imagine if the PGA Tour cut someone because they were Japanese and not Korean? That happened to Jinichiro Kozuma. They didn’t even tell him. He found out on social media Basically they re-branded the Iron Heads to Korean Golf Club, so they had to fire the Japanese guy. How can you be a serious golf league and want OWGR points and then do this? Can part of your league qualifying be your ethnicity? Maybe it bugs me more because I’m Japanese. And to the LIV defense party, defend this. Explain how taking a spot away from someone based on ethnicity is ok. I’ll listen. Explain how that’s competitive.
