You can either get on a payment plan or you can do an offer in compromise” “Now the payment plan only works if your tax bill is $50,000 or less. So if you’re making millions and you owe millions, you’re in a situation here” “This is where the offer in compromise comes in. The IRS knows you probably aren’t going to be able to pay them back with the income that you currently have sitting inside your savings account or the income that they can see coming in” “So if you can show that you’ve had a negative economic gain, you’re making less money, you’re not able to really grow your revenue, they will start to focus on creating a compromise with you” “We call these OICs. Building with AI gets easier every day. Here is an open-source library that makes integrating AI into an application extremely easy: Star the repository! This library alone can make React the best front-end framework out there! There are a bunch of cool things I like about CopilotKit. Here are 3 of them: 1. It allows you to take any -powered agent and bring it into your application. (This is a brand-new feature!) 2. You can build an AI-powered chatbot in your application. The chatbot will have access to your context and can act on the application. 3. You can build a RAG workflow to process and answer questions from a real-time knowledge base. Postman is going all-in on AI! Their AI Agent Builder is live (and it's pretty powerful!) Postman's API Network has 100,000+ APIs and they just released a suite of tools for building AI Agents that can automatically discover and connect to any of these APIs. Think about it for a second: You can now build an AI agent that searches the network, discovers an API, processes its documentation, connects to it, and evaluates whether everything worked at the end of the process. This is a huge deal. Every person I know uses the Postman client to work with APIs. Now, they will have access to the AI Agent Builder, a complete suite for designing, building, testing, and deploying agents. I've built a few simple agents myself, and it's tough. The ability to discover and use an API automatically is really exciting (and a huge time saver if it works as promised!) In collaboration with the Postman team, who is sponsoring this post, I recorded a video with my thoughts about the Postman AI Agent Builder.

hi guys, i had the opportunity to test the beta version of the mobile app from OpenSea, and i would like to share my impressions. the application works great, smoothly and quickly. you simply connect your profile and all your chest progress and wallets are displayed there. you can see your wallets from evm, solana, and abstract. the design also looks great. it has a beautiful liquid style that matches recent ios updates and overall looks wonderful. the application is truly comprehensive. you can track your favorite collections, place orders, buy and sell, and do all of this directly from your phone. you also have access to buying and selling tokens across the different supported networks. in essence, it provides a full defi experience in a single application with access to nfts and tokens, and most likely perps soon. in my opinion, it is one of the best web3 applications at the moment. i wish the OpenSea team success in realizing their plans, and i hope all users will be able to see this application very soon. i am sure it will become an integral part of your web3 journey 🌊🐋

I wanted to share a quick demo of what we've been working on with our ai agent cloud. This enables fast deployment of agents that have access to a suite of tools, and was designed with agent interoperability in mind. This demo shows how you can go from nothing to an AI twitter agent in a couple minutes. This is what we are using internally to manage deployments, so we will consistently upgrading its capabilities. The next goals are to enable simple TEE deployments for agents, and focus on building out feature for agent interoperability to simplify agent to agent collaboration.

New Course: ACP: Agent Communication Protocol Learn to build agents that communicate and collaborate across different frameworks using ACP in this short course built with IBM Research's BeeAI, and taught by Sandi Besen, AI Research Engineer & Ecosystem Lead at IBM, and Nicholas Renotte, Head of AI Developer Advocacy at IBM. Building a multi-agent system with agents built or used by different teams and organizations can become challenging. You may need to write custom integrations each time a team updates their agent design or changes their choice of agentic orchestration framework. The Agent Communication Protocol (ACP) is an open protocol that addresses this challenge by standardizing how agents communicate, using a unified RESTful interface that works across frameworks. In this protocol, you host an agent inside an ACP server, which handles requests from an ACP client and passes them to the appropriate agent. Using a standardized client-server interface allows multiple teams to reuse agents across projects. It also makes it easier to switch between frameworks, replace an agent with a new version, or update a multi-agent system without refactoring the entire system. In this course, you’ll learn to connect agents through ACP. You’ll understand the lifecycle of an ACP Agent and how it compares to other protocols, such as MCP (Model Context Protocol) and A2A (Agent-to-Agent). You’ll build ACP-compliant agents and implement both sequential and hierarchical workflows of multiple agents collaborating using ACP.
