The biggest thing that's kept me fit at almost 43 (on 0 TRT, peptides etc) is the MINDSET OF NO ZEROES! Today I met a dear friend & his wife for breakfast & had a ton of dad & work responsibilities. I would have had to wake up at 4am to get to the gym & my son woke me up at 230am :) I used to skip these days & because I skipped the gym EAT WORSE. Consistency over everything! NO ZEROES. I ripped off 12 sets of eccentric pull-ups this being my last.... it was sloppy I know I was cooked :) Few sets of abs in between. I'll do a couple walking client calls & eat sensibly & that's WINNING! Most of us dads aren't trying to be pro athletes we just want to: •Look good. •Have more energy. •Less chance of disease. •More testosterone & confidence. •Our wives to want to initiate s3x with us. Don't put up zeroes & you'll get it!! Have the best day! 💪🤝

To secure Nigeria, you need a leader with a heart of steel. You need a leader that will be firm and ready to step on toes. I have interacted with Atiku Abubakar and he doesn't have such a character. Among all the presidential candidates for the 2027 election, only PETER OBI possesses that character and therefore is the best among them in terms of securing Nigeria. Peter Obi has also demonstrated that as the governor of Anambra state. When he came in as the governor of Anambra state, the security situation was terrible but Obi stepped on toes and solved the insecurity challenges. — Captain Umar Babangida Aliyu (Captain Blade) Rtd. Some retired military officers who have served this country at different levels have been speaking out about the solution to the insecurity in this country. They have said one thing which is the fact that our security challenges can only be solved by a leader with a strong political will to step on toes. They have also boldly maintained that the only candidate who has demonstrated such a character is Peter Obi. They don't try to be politically correct instead they have all spoken boldly and fearlessly that only Peter Obi can guarantee security among all the presidential candidates. This is one of the reasons why we support Peter Obi and why we say Peter Obi or Nothing. It's not based on emotions, tribe, religion or any primordial reason but purely based on facts that are verified. Peter Obi is the best. Let's allow our best on the ballot to lead us.

“Today, U.S. dollar-backed stablecoins still dominate. But we’re seeing regional, local currency-backed stablecoins emerge and grow.” At the UN Digital Cooperation Day, Ella Zhang shared that YZi Labs has been investing in and incubating stablecoin infrastructure for years. Today, we’re seeing more founders across India, Africa and LATAM build payment rails around local currencies and local demand. The tokenization of money will be one of the most important drivers of mass blockchain adoption.

I recently came across Yori Mihalakopoulos (@yori@mastodon.naiveapps.com) and honestly, this is a pretty interesting use of AI in healthcare. You can ask health-related questions and get personalized information instead of spending hours searching through random websites. What I liked is that it also helps you keep track of symptoms and questions you may want to discuss with a doctor. If you’re curious about AI + healthcare, give it a look 👇 🌐 #HealthAI #DigitalHealth #Yori

Shinkansen V6 ✅ 3 years ago I saw a someone climb this and thought "I will never be able to do that" 1 year ago I decided "that's a shitty attitude, let's make this a long term project" 14 sessions and hundreds of tries later, it went. Stoked.

JOHNNY SINS filmed PORN with his former HIGH SCHOOL TEACHER - and told her she was his MOST REQUESTED collaboration, according to Mrs. Robinson. 💀 After entering the adult industry, she messaged him hoping he would promote her page. He recognized his former teacher - and suggested they film together. It took months to line up their schedules. When they finally did, she was nervous. He was JOHNNY SINS. She described herself as a mom from the suburbs. Then he made the pressure even worse: “Do you know you are my most requested collab?” Her response: “Of course. Thanks for the pressure.” 😭 They filmed together, and she says it was a huge success. “I just meant to make a couple extra bucks.”
