Siapa yang lagi tertarik belajar bahasa China atau Mandarin?📚🇨🇳 Tetapi, lagi bingung mulai dari mana, aku harus ngapain dulu nih? Oke, aku mau share pengalamanku belajar ototidak tanpa les. 1. Mencoba familiar dengan bahasa itu dahulu dan tujuan mau apa? Mau ngobrol sehari-hari, ujian HSK, kerja atau cuma have fun aja. 2. Fokus ke Pinyin dulu, jangan langsung ke karakter china/Hanzi Pinyin itu sistem romanisasi pakai alphabet latin, yang mempermudah kita untuk memahami karakter china diucapkan. 3. Belajar Nada atau Tones Ini penting banget karena dalam bahasa mandarin itu ada 4 nada, salah nada bisa jadi salah arti. Mantepin dulu ini sampai bisa. Belajar pinyin dan nada itu fondasi utama, gausah terburu-buru kalian bisa belajar ini 1-3 bulan. 4. Mulai dari kalimat percakapan dasar Latihan mengucapkan kalimat-kalimat sehari-hari, salam, kata kerja dasar, angka, hari dan lain-lain. 5.Belajar karakter china atau hanzi. Belajar 5-15 karakter setiap hari, ga perlu banyak-banyak nanti bosan. Kalau ingin cepat menghafal hanzi saranku tulis tangan dan pelajari radikal atau goresan. 6. Latihan Bicara Jangan malu ngomong kalau mau belajar bahasa baru, kalau tidak bicara nanti cepat lupa. Di awal tidak apa-apa salah bicara, ngomong aja dulu biar kita terbiasa dengan pengucapnnya. Cari teman atau native people untuk diajak ngobrol bareng atau sharing pengetahuan. Notes: Saran lebih baik belajar dari guru/laoshi buat basic mandarin, pelafalan pinyin dan nada. Kalau udah menguasai itu bisa belajar secara otodidak. 💪🏼 Boleh share pengalaman kalian gimana belajarnya #langtwt

udah lama ga dengerin ni orang nebarin FEAR (fearmongering) di Market. eh rupanya sekarang udah sering jadi MOTIVATOR juga neh... nah, kali ini bang Bennix bahas soal KEMISKINAN nih ! enak bener dengerin doi ngomong negbacod soal MISKIN 😂 tapi gue sepakat sih, salah 1 point dia: BAD HABIT itu sama kayak DUIT di bank. Duit, lu tabung sedikit demi sedikit, lama lama berbunga dan jadi bukit. Nah, Bad Habit pun demikian. Hal yang negatif pun, sedikit demi sedikit, kalau dibiarkan pun lama lama menjadi bukit. dan ketika udah segede itu, lu baru sadar: ASTAGA, ternyata susah sekali keluar dari lubang Gravitasi ini... Sudah nyungsep sedemikian dalam Jurang Gravitasi Kemiskinan; dan akan sangat susah sekali lepas dari jerat Kemiskinan. hhmmm.... Saya jadi kangen bro Timothy Ronald kalau bacod soal KEMISKINAN gini ; enak bener deh dengerinnya... 🤣 Kalau versinya Timothy : 1. Skill di tambah/kerja yg bener + belajar yg banyak kalo kerja, jgn ngeluh mulu 2. Bedain Kebutuhan sama keinginan, which harus prioritas kebutuhan dulu tapi inget, kebutuhan kalo bisa di efesiensi. 3. Inget amal, nomer 1 keluarga dulu, kalo 2,5% itu buat orang lain. (Jika, lu hanya sanggup buat keluarga, buat orang gak usah gak apa, sanggup silahkan). 4. Kalo naik income / gaji / pendapatan, jangan ikut naik juga spendingnya (jangan boros). 5. Banyak banyaklah bersyukur, inget masih ada orang yg hidupnya di bawah kita, mungkin lu ngeluh skrng, tapi lu liat msh ada yg lebih sulit dr lu. 6. bergaya sesuaikan kemampuan/secukupnya jgn sampai hutang demi Hedon 7. Kalo udah kerja inget, janganlah kamu menyusahkan orang lain, tapi bermanfaatlah buat orang lain. Ini prinsip. enak bener kan? terdengar simpel dan mudah untuk diterapkan dalam hidup ini. 🤣🤣🤣

bisnis itu tentang mencari pola pola marketing yg terbaik untuk produk kita organik atau pake ads? atau kolaborasi diantara keduanya? pola beriklan yg efisien seperti apa? pola bisnis yg terbukti profit seperti apa? pola beriklan yg bisa bertahan untuk jangka waktu yg panjang seperti apa? pola bales chat yg works seperti apa? pola riset produk yg efektif seperti apa? pola follow up yg bisa kita kerjakan bagaimana? pola membuat SOP untuk tim yg bisa dijalankan seperti apa? pola mengontrol tim yg cocok buat kita seperti apa? pola scale up yg masih bisa kita bisa manage resiko baik dari budget dan kesiapan tim kita seperti apa? setiap orang memiliki pola "winningnya" masing2, pola2 ini hanya bisa kita dapatkan dengan mencoba sebanyak mungkin, testing sebanyak mungkin kadang2 pola orang lain gak cocok di kita begitupun sebaliknya.... nah pertanyaannya sudahkah kamu dapat pola terbaik di bisnis/freelance/apapun untuk cari cuan online? kalau blm menemukan, mungkin yg kita coba kurang banyak. pola bisnis model saya di facebook ads secara sederhana: 1. cari di shopee produk random (bisa barang dan kategori apapun) yg penting terjual ribuan, kalau bisa minimal 5 ribu terjual. ulasan diatas 4.5. kalau baru mulai saya sarankan modal harga barang Rp 40.000-70.000an. save smua video dan gambar, nanti kita upload di facebook ads. mau lebih mahal? ingat resikonya ya, semakin jual lebih mahal semakin sulit closingnya. idealnya kalau saya kasih margin profit Rp 120.000 - Rp 150.000 dengan kasih diskon ongkir Rp 30.000-50.000. boleh kalau mau lebih besar tergantung kualitas dan harga barang. mau pake bonus? boleh, enggak jg gpp 2. kalau modal Rp 40.000-70.000an dijual di facebook ads kira2 di angka Rp 150.000-Rp 199.000 kasih diskon ongkir Rp 30.000- Rp 50.000. 3. stok atau dropship? sama aja. boleh dropship kalau memang supplier bersedia. kalau mau stok nunggu laku dulu aja, misalnya senin closing, selasa baru kita order ke supplier kirim ke kita, rabu/kamis kirim ke customer. dengan cara seperti itu kita mengurangi resiko deadstok, syaratnya posisi supplier sama kita berdekatan (pengiriman 1-2 hari) 4. testing minimal 3 produk, 1 produk 1 campaign, dengan formasi 1 campaign 1 adset 1 ads. jadi kalau ngiklan 3 produk, total 3 campaign, dengan budget per campaign Rp 35.000. pake carousel semua di upload baik poto atau gambar. tujuan kampanye sales/penjualan, dibagian set iklan target kinerja maksimalkan jumlah percakapan, broad aja interest dan lokasi untuk testing. langsung ke WA, harus pake WA bisnis ya. saya tidak menggunakan landing page, hemat cost domain dan hosting 5. running berapa hari? kalau ada campaign yg profit dan potensial, hari kedua scale up langsung gpp, kalau msh ragu2 boleh diterusin 3-7 hari untuk liat bagaimana perkembangan campaign. variabel penilaian? - profit - closing - biaya perhasil dibawah Rp 3000 atau dibawah Rp 2000 - cpm dibawah 10.000 - cpc biaya per klik tautan dibawah Rp 1.000 6. hasil jelek? matiin campaignnya. campaign bagus? scale up. kalau jelek semua? ganti produk lain. kita tidak pernah tau akan menemukan winning produk kapan, buat target budget testing setiap bulan, kalau bulan ini blm dapet, coba bulan depannya, sabar... semua akan terbayar kalau kita menemukan winning produk 7. gimana cara scale up saya? duplikat campaign yg ada, variasikan antara konten, interest dan lokasi. 1 produk budget harian maksimal Rp 200.000-300.000 aja (total setelah diduplikat) kalau budget per campaign gak usah dinaikan, agar kecenderungan performa stabil 8. udah profit gimana? ambil sebagian profit untuk testing barang lain, cari terus winning produk... pelan2.. kita harus sabar kalau mau bisnis untuk jangka panjang... mungkin gak nanti saya ganti pola? mungkin aja, karna bisnis itu harus terus belajar dan beradaptasi terhadap keadaan. memang bisnis itu dinamis dan stressful, untuk orang yg terbiasa dengan kondisi yg stabil ini akan sangat menantang pola2 diatas saya dapat setelah spending milyaran rupiah ads dan berbagai pola, akhirnya ketika terbukti works, saya terus menduplikasi pola tersebut, ngajarin tim dan dijalankan oleh tim, ini jg saya masih ngontrol setiap hari, bukan ditinggal gitu aja, karena sekali lagi, ads itu bisnis yg beresiko ya kita harus punya sistem yg rapih dan efisien kalau mau bener2 ditinggalin. tapi bisa gak saya tinggal? ya bisa2 aja, tapi saya memilih untuk terus mengontrol dan mendampingi, karena saya suka jg sih basicnya ngulik ads dan produk LANJUT TIPS-NYA???

2 years ago, Riffusion was one of the first music generating AI models, by finetuning Stable Diffusion literally on images of waveforms, and then decoding those as audio again I made a song for my gf with it called "Bunny Trouble, Trouble Bubble" about a year ago, extremely catchy and we loved it But it was capped to 12 seconds and I could only imagine how it'd be as a full song Now Suno is finally good enough and I used it as an input so I could extend it from a 12 second clip to 3 minute song, it's essentially the audio version of img2img It took a few times extending it and half the times the output was very bad but the other half it was really great The quality is still a bit low because Riffusion's quality itself was quite low, so that's not Suno's fault, it just extends the low quality into a full song, what I need is an audio upscaler to fix that The fun thing about this, every year music generating AI will be better and I can try inputting the song again to make it better and better If you wanna do the same with your short clip: 1) go to Suno 2) click Create 3) click Custom 4) Upload Audio, upload your short clip here Your existing clip now gets added to the listing on the right (bit confusing) 5) Now hover over it and tap extend 6) More confusingly it will now only play the extended part not the full song 7) To get the full song, click the 3 vertical dots ... -> Create -> Get Whole Song 8) That will stitch your original input clip and the extended clip into one Now you'll probably have a 1 minute clip, so 9) Extend that WHOLE SONG clip again and do the same stitch thing (Get Whole Song) again Depending on the clips you like and not, choose the ones you wanna continue with by stitching them By now you'll have about a 3 minute song!

Candace Owens latest scramble for content shows just how desperate she has become lately‼️ She’s now resorting to stealing the exploding microphone theory from other people on the internet. Both conversations related to Kearney going to Lindsey Gaetani's apartment on 12/23/23, against Karen's advice, leading to the seizure of Karen's phone and TB's arrest. Over the weekend, reports emerged that Kearney may have recorded a 30-minute call with Read, and then had it sent to Karen's lawyers. This is the pen of Leah, the morning after her first night's sleep here. Every black dot you see is a tick. They are black because they're full of her blood, and growing. (This is one of the reasons why I have only white bedding and floor coverings. If she was in newspaper you'd never see this). Poor little Leah is absolutely smothered in hundreds of ticks, and has fleas, too. Despite the old wives' tale, it's very rare for a hedgehog to have fleas. So rare in fact, that a professor of entomology who studies these sorts of things pays me £20 a go when I send him fleas. Additionally, hedgehog fleas are species-specific, so they can't infest or live on any other animal. A hedgehog has to be seriously ill or incredibly weak to attract ectoparasites such as ticks and fleas. And poor Leah is that weak - she is suffering from starvation, AND she has just given birth. A couple clearing out their shed found poor little Leah huddled with her babies in a pile of blankets, where she'd given birth. They live in army barracks, and their garden is tiny, with no suitable hedgehog habitat. Everywhere is kept 'neat'. Despite this, somehow Leah survived. With a shed substituting for a hedgerow and army blankets instead of leaves and moss, Leah managed to make a maternity nest and have her precious babies. But with no food, she was unable to produce enough milk to feed them, and one by one, the babies died. By the time she was found, out of the 7 babies she had given birth to, only 3 were still alive. I saw the bodies so could tell how many days they had survived. The lovely finders had no idea that things were so desperate for our hedgehogs, and that the dramatic decline in insects, due to the way we are 'tidying' our gardens, meant that they are now suffering starvation. Hedgehogs don't eat slugs and snails, they eat beetles and catapillars. Caterpillars make up almost half a hedgehog's diet, and their emergence is perfectly timed with peak baby season, the time of most need. We're in June, peak butterfly time, but how many have you seen lately? Like most people, the finders were completely unaware of how our bad destructive habits are impacting our precious wildlife, until seeing it with their own eyes. They are now committed to improving not just their garden, but the whole Royal Military Academy at Sandhurst, and went home armed with leaflets and kitten biscuits and determination. Meanwhile poor tick infested Leah and her 3 surviving babies are safe and warm here, and she's getting good nourishment and care. It's so important these tiny 5 day old babies don't fall victim to the ticks, as they would not survive. I can't use drugs or chemicals as Leah is far too weak and her babies far too vulnerable. So it's just a matter of cleaning her out every day - the very last thing to be subjecting a new mum to. Despite all her hardship, and me meddling, she's a wonderful mum and doing her best to nurture her sweet babies. Last night, her first night here, she ate an entire dish of special Mother and Baby food - enough normally for 2 or 3 hedgehogs. The sight of that empty dish absolutely broke me. It's too early for a prognosis on Leah and the babies, but already, because of them, her little part of the world is going to become more hedgehog-friendly.

I see there are still some Korean fans who haven’t gone to sleep yet. Isn’t it early morning over there? Ah, you’ve woken up. I came on live right after arriving because I figured today would be hectic, and I wanted to talk a little. Hi~ 💬 How is your day today? 🐿️ I’m in Nashville, Music City - one of my dream cities too. Since Nashville is totally a country music city, let’s turn that on. I’m not that tired. Dubstep. (laughs) I talked about it during the show too. Actually, at first, I didn’t plan to make a different intro set for each concert. (Someone knocks at his door.) Yes~~ At first, that wasn’t the plan. Oh? Wait, it didn’t work. Hold on a second. (He goes to open the door.) I had something to take care of. Okay, done. Anyway, yes. So, I didn’t intend to do a different intro set each time, but during the Seoul concert I made two. Originally, I planned to use just those for the Seoul show, so I made three in total. I thought of rotating them a bit, but after trying two of them, I wasn’t satisfied with one, so I kept making more. That’s how I ended up with three. Then I adjusted them for Atlanta, and when I went to New York, I felt like the one I’d prepared might not spread as well in a stadium, so I created a new one just for stadiums. Since it was completely different, the vibe felt different between stadiums and arenas. Then before going to Baltimore, I looked into it a bit and found out Baltimore has its own famous genre called Baltimore Club or Clubhouse. I also learned that Jersey Club kind of evolved from Baltimore Clubhouse. I really love that kind of historical music background, so while studying it, I thought, “Should I try Baltimore Clubhouse?” I think I had that thought in Atlanta. Then after the New York show ended - after send-off - a fan told me they wanted to hear dubstep in Baltimore. Honestly, it’s not that I can’t do it. Since I’m constantly making new sets anyway, I figured I could definitely pull it off. So I thought I might as well try, and I created a set that starts with Baltimore Clubhouse and transitions into dubstep. It was fun. Now that we’re in Nashville, I thought that maybe today or tomorrow, if I get bored, I might come up with some intro that fits Nashville too. But I’m not sure yet. Sometimes I bring back things that got a good reaction before, but for now, I’m making intros that reflect the unique vibe of each city, and that process itself has been a really great experience for me. It’s fun, too. So that’s where I’m at now. It’s not necessarily difficult, but as the number of sets increases, it becomes a bit limiting. Some of you may have noticed, but each member has their own solo song, and I perform a solo song too. During my solo stage, all the sound bypasses the usual PA system and comes directly from my own DJ setup. So if there’s any mistake or issue with my DJ gear, the sound just cuts out completely. It’s a pretty bold risk to take. Since I have full control over the stage in Part 3 of the concert, I was really worried at first. When I talked to the Pro Tools engineer, Eden hyung, and the audio team, there was talk about whether to do hand-sync or not. I said, “If I have to hand-sync, I’d rather not do it.” I didn’t want to do that. Even if there was risk, I wanted to do it properly, because this concert isn’t just about me. They found a way to make it work, and now the concert setup is safe - as long as I don’t mess up. There are no technical issues; it’s just on me to execute correctly. Because there’s no hand-sync at all, sometimes the timing may be a little off. Still, one of my mottos as a singer is: “If I’m going to do it, I’m going to do it right.” So I want to do it properly.

During my solo stage, all the sound bypasses the usual PA system and comes directly from my own DJ setup. So if there’s any mistake or issue with my DJ gear, the sound just cuts out completely. It’s a pretty bold risk to take. Since I have full control over the stage in Part 3 of the concert, I was really worried at first. When I talked to the Pro Tools engineer, Eden hyung, and the audio team, there was talk about whether to do hand-sync or not. I said, “If I have to hand-sync, I’d rather not do it.” I didn’t want to do that. Even if there was risk, I wanted to do it properly, because this concert isn’t just about me. They found a way to make it work, and now the concert setup is safe - as long as I don’t mess up. There are no technical issues; it’s just on me to execute correctly. Because there’s no hand-sync at all, sometimes the timing may be a little off. Still, one of my mottos as a singer is: “If I’m going to do it, I’m going to do it right.” So I want to do it properly.

If you watch this ~50 minute screen recording closely (yeah, I know, it's long; there are also some times when my computer was very slow and laggy, just skip past that part. And at one point I had to run and get my 9-month-old a new bottle and left it on a boring screen, sorry!), I believe you can see real signs of the kind of runaway, recursive AI self-improvement that people have been warning of for a while (Mr. Kurzweil most notably and prophetically). Why do I say that? What's different now? Well, there's a reason my set of agent coding tooling is called the Flywheel. These tools all mutually self-reinforce each other. And they all flow directly into my ntm tool (short for "named_tmux_manager"), which acts as a sort of integration point and nerve center for the tools (this is becoming more true by the minute as I'm now seriously working on ntm). Now, ntm was something I started making to automate some aspects of my workflow, but it was the kind of thing where, until it was perfect, it sort of just slowed me down. So I didn't actually use it even though I kept working on it and trying to improve it, and suggested to users that they try it in my tutorials. Well anyway, I finally got around to "dogfooding" ntm last night, and now it's going to get very dramatically better at an alarming rate. Some of that is from applying my "idea wizard" prompt to generate more useful features and building that stuff out and addressing obvious pain points I encountered during my newfound usage of the tool. But a lot comes from my realization that, once again, ntm's true utility is not as a tool for ME, but for an agent. That is, ntm lets one instance of Claude Code or Codex act as, well, me, do the things that I had been doing manually. Do I wish I had started using ntm earlier? No, for two big reasons: 1) Doing it manually helped me build up my intuition massively, which directly led me down the path of creating useful prompt strategies and workflows; these often began as ad-hoc prompts that I realized could be generalized and made more versatile/universal. Lesson: don't prematurely automate until you have an intimate, intuitive feel for your "core value-add loop." Otherwise you'll have a fully automated system quickly that efficiently and automatically does a stupid or otherwise sub-optimal thing. 2) My eyes have been opened to the beauty and power of Skills. I'm not talking about your garden-variety skills that are just a simple markdown file. I'm talking about true tour-de-force directories of perfectly structured and organized files that are filled with good information, insights, workflows, etc., but presented in a way that is highly optimized for consumption by AI agents, with extreme attention paid to things like perfect progressive disclosure, token density, agent-ergonomics, agent-intuitiveness, etc. And also Skills that go way beyond markdown files, with full integration into Claude Code where it makes sense via hooks, sub-agents, and even Python scripts. These kinds of skills are a qualitative difference in expressive power and usefulness and a total game changer. They are also effectively composable, creating almost an algebra of skills that let you use them together in powerful ways. I'm working on a subscription service website and CLI tool now to share what I've learned here most effectively, stay tuned for that in the coming days. Anyway, I now know what to make and how to make it. So, getting back to that screen recording, what does it show that makes me claim recursive self-improvement is here? If you keep your eye on the upper left tmux pane, that's the "controller" agent. It is using ntm to control all the other panes which are also running Claude Code (but ntm fully supports other agent types like Codex and Gemini-CLI, and it's trivially easy to mix and match them if you wanted to have, say, 8 CCs and 6 Codexes for writing the code and 3 Gemini-CLIs for reviewing code.) Now, there's nothing that crazy about this much so far. But where it starts to get very cool is that as the session continues and we encounter real-world problems, things like my ridiculously overloaded computer that keeps hanging for long periods, Claude Code instances that crash and get into a frozen, unresponsive state, it can learn from that. And you can see it using my skill writing skill to refine its ntm vibe coding skill in real time. And then take that skill and refine it to be more intuitive for itself. Or use my cass tool skill to search all the session histories to look for problems that came up and strategize how to solve them. The most useful part was when, towards the end of the session, I told it to reflect on all the things we had done and problems we encountered. One way it can usefully leverage those reflections is by improving its ntm vibe coding skill to make it cover more edge cases and exigencies. But the other, more fundamental, way is for it to conceive of and design the optimal new features and functionality for ntm itself so that the tool embodies those lessons in a first-class way. This offloads cognition from its brain onto its tooling, just like how a person can lean on spellcheck or a calculator. It codifies correct, effective reasoning at the tool level, where it's more reliable and robust and repeatable. And btw, did you notice what code base it was working on the whole time? It was none other than ntm itself! So as it worked on its own tool, it had reflections and ideas about how to further improve the tool. Now, it could have just as easily gotten those insights and ideas while using ntm to work on a different project, but the fact that it was working on itself is almost gloriously meta and recursive. So by the end, after learning from tending to a big group of agent workers (btw, I have previously emphasized doing everything in a really distributed/decentralized way, where each fungible agent gets identical marching orders that tell it to use my bv tool to find the optimal bead to work on. This does work very well, but occasionally results in some contention and overlap from thundering herd, or at least wastes time/tokens/communication in avoiding that before the agents waste time duplicating work. But in this new ntm-oriented workflow, I was able to have the controller agent in the upper left use bv itself and then optimally parcel out the instructions to each agent so that we could know for sure that there's no overlap), I ended up with a ton of new beads for new features, which I had it optimize and polish a few times. Now I can swap to a new Claude Max account and have the swarm implement all those new features! It should only take a couple passes like the one shown in the screen recording to get everything implemented. Then we can rinse and repeat, having the agent read through the full session histories of each agent and its experience from its own session in sending ntm commands and seeing how they worked out in practice, to come up with the next batch of changes to both its ntm vibe coding skill AND to the ntm tool itself. Do you see how rapidly this turns into Skynet? My mistake earlier was in focusing on making myself a "faster horse" as Henry Ford used to joke about customers wanting before he showed them what they should really want (a Model T). That is, something that would make my experience nicer while doing this agent swarm based development workflow. But the obvious lesson is that you should make all your tooling agent-first because the agents are just better at this stuff. You can still watch, and of course I did add a ridiculous number of very nice human-centric features to ntm that you'll be seeing in the next day or two, but those are really kind of "for fun" to make us humans feel better about the process. All the real value-add is happening "by agents, for agents." PS: Towards the end, you can see me switch to my Mac and tell Claude to improve the skill that I made earlier today for taking the mkv screen recording files from OBS Studio and muxing them into MP4 files for sharing, while downloading songs from YouTube to serve as the background music. I made it so it can also grab the thumbnails and generate little song credit cards that show up in the lower right corner. This worked perfectly the first time! I'll include some screenshots in a response post showing how that worked, but it was awesome to witness. Skills are POWERFUL.
