If I’m being honest, I feel like I was avoiding this video. It’s been a weird start to the year. I was going through a bit of a weird time with [Warner]… it’s a whole thing. I couldn’t really say anything, so it just seemed like, ‘Where’s Leigh-Anne? Where’s the music? What’s going on?’ I obviously left my label; I’m now signed with Virgin. I’m fully independent, guys! But honestly, it’s been the most amazing thing for me. I feel like it just needed to happen, to be honest. I’ve been in this industry for how long now? What’s the point in doing it if I’m not doing it my way? So that’s all positive now, and I feel really excited and really good. But when that was all happening and I was in the midst of it all, I lost both of my dogs in the space of a month. It’s just crazy. It was unexpected and they’re literally like my babies. They’re part of the family. Losing both of them in such a short space of time was vile. I’m still coming to terms with it now. It’s just been a weird time. But I think the reason why I wanted to do this video is because, sometimes when you’re going through something and you really can’t see the light, it doesn’t feel like you’re going to be be okay again… You will. You are gonna be. I’m feeling really good now. I feel like there’s so much to look forward to. I can’t WAIT to get this music out. I just wanna say thank you for sticking by me. 🦊 “tell us if you’re going through a hard time” okay 🦊 i’ll be honest, it’s been tough these days 🦊 i’ve been going through a very hard time since ‘no labels: part 01’ ended and from the award show season till now…it’s been hard throughout and i also experienced burn out in the middle 🦊 i have a lot on my mind these days but i can’t seem to organize my thoughts 🦊 so i’ve been talking to a lot of people and having conversations with people, trying to organize my thoughts 🦊 i’ve been facing sides of myself that i had been avoiding and that i hadn’t been looking at 🦊 i think i’m getting healthy and recovering in my own cool way 🦊 i know that this pain right now is really meaningful and in a way, it’s a positive kind of pain so i think it’s good 🦊 if i can, i’d like to tell you in detail someday but that’s what’s been on my mind 🦊 but don’t worry, i’ll tell you when i’m going through a hard time 🦊 i’ve been trying to do that, i think i was really suppressing myself so i’ve been trying to open myself up and let go…that’s the way i’ve been trying to live these days

🦊 ah right, is your back alright? 🐰 it’s a lot better now 👍 really 🦊 you were shaking when i came in earlier 🐰 it’s not completely smooth when i turn or if i’m supporting things on my back yet but i can do all the choreographies 🦊 be careful with your spinal disc, otherwise you’ll end up like me 🐰 i feel like i haven’t heard you talk about…your back used to hurt a lot in the past, right? it’s not as bad as it used to be, right? 🦊 no, it’s that…it was so bad that i couldn’t even do this (moving up and down) but now it’s okay because i’ve been doing things to take care of it but sometimes, it does hurt…occasionally 🦊 it hurt a bit yesterday and things like hotel beds can be a a bit uncomfortable sometimes, right? 🐰 that’s right 🦊 that’s why it hurts sometimes, so you need to be careful 🐰 they say that once your back hurts, the pain keeps coming back 🦊 guys be careful with your back, apparently the spinal disc surgery is 30 million won

🧸 every person i meet right now, it’s like i’m doing a magic show…there’s a feature on this phone called the ‘privacy display’ and it’s a phone with a built-in privacy film on it so i’m like “look at this!! you can’t see it, right? ah you see it, right?? take a good look, i’m going to turn it on!! you can’t see it, right??” that’s how i’ve been bragging to everyone that i bought a new phone 🧸 when you buy things with your own money, you fee like you need to get your money’s worth so…it makes me want to do it more 🧸 unfortunately our relationship with samsung is over but i’m someone that stays loyal to connections i make so i think i’ll use samsung for the rest of my life
