@AKasingye This is very painful but truth be told.. I’d rather die than open up…. Depression is not in the Ugandan vocabulary and given the fact that it’s not something even you the victim can explain makes it super hard

@AKasingye I still don't understand how I managed to overcome the two last months of September and October. I looked around and could not find the right person to open to up on what I was going through until I went for prayers at Calvary in Mbarara and asked God to take a lead.

@AKasingye Once i got to know that i come from a society where people are not kind & loving i got myself up. I have now grown a tough skin

@AKasingye Depression is such a silent killer🥹🤦♀️ No one ever knows wat really is going on with you. Cheers to us that pulled through. And to the ones that embrassed us when we needed them the most😊

@AKasingye ❤️🩷💕

@AKasingye So sad. Mental illness is real. I had to get together with a friend and begin a mental health entity to support people who are undergoing such. If someone needs help, they can reach out for support. @treasured55 is the entity. There is still hope, there are still kind people.

@AKasingye @treasured55 How can we work together to push this advocacy work

@AKasingye Dec 2023-july 2024 fuck that period man tried suicide thrice m lucky some councillor helped in may

@AKasingye Oooh dear. Sending love

@AKasingye Watching this has ignited my passion of talking about mental health 27/4....I can't stop now. It is so hurting seeing we are losing young people like us....let's normalize reaching out to our loved ones

@AKasingye We shouldn’t stop telling our stories
