CJ Martha Koome told Spice FM that an impeached official is “always impeached unless it’s lifted.” She knew — or ought to have known — she would pick the bench hearing Gachagua’s case. She did. That High Court bench ruled exactly as she framed it. 🫆Now the hard questions: → Will she recuse herself from picking the Court of Appeal bench? → When this lands in the Supreme Court, will she hand over to her Deputy? 🫆This is a prima facie conflict of interest. ON THE CASE OF Lady B - IYALODE OF X SHE IS A FEMALE MALE A lot of people started tagging me to it, and I got confused. When I was planning to visit Nigeria, Lady B asked that she wanted a laptop, so I added her to the list, and she later reached out to me to say, she will like to meet with me upon arrival in lagos, but she wants me to know that her real face isnt what shes using online, so, she said she can call me on video so I can see her face, I just told her not to worry that it was fine. I didnt have the time to meet with her while I was in Nigeria but Sandra Ibeh was the one in constant conversation. So, i have been speaking with Lady B, and I know her voice, I have lots of voicenotes from her, I decided to call her on a video call. At least the device that changes voice wont be in her throat. I did a video call, I told her I will record and post it so people who have heard her voice before can compare if the voice on the video call is different. In life, we should be very careful how we quickly throw others under the bus. For what I know, she has been of great help publicly posting about the laptop project, she is always posting and reposting. This is one of those courtroom interactions where you can see that judges are human too and do have a heart. Woman appears in court for a "No Valid Operator's License on Person" violation. Judge Brian A. Oakley of the 34th District Court in Romulus, Michigan presiding. Judge Oakley explains the potential penalties included a fine of up to $500 plus court costs and up to 90 days in jail. During their conversation the woman informed the court that she had been 978 days clean, was active in an NA (Narcotics Anonymous) recovery program, was receiving mental health treatment, and had recently started a new job. As a result of her info she shared above, she was just asking guy court for no jail time, but was willing to pay any fines as her admission of guilt. Visibly impressed by her progress, Judge Oakley assessed fines and costs totaling $750 but immediately suspended the entire amount. He waived the fees specifically in recognition of her sobriety milestone and encouraged her to continue her recovery. Great job by Judge Oakley for giving that positive reinforcement to someone that is clearly has moved their life on the right track going forward.

I have been working on this alongside @repjimjordan since the news broke and will be introducing this on Monday. Judge Ross is alleged to have engaged in an extramarital affair with a high-ranking official of the Atlanta Police Department inside her federal courthouse chambers during office hours, within earshot of her judicial staff, while actively presiding over criminal cases. This radical judge has no place in power and is unfit to sit on the federal bench.

My wife woke up with a terrible headache and was contemplating calling in sick. I was like call in sick for what now?! I reminded her that provision is her shield in this marriage and that if she loses this job, I’d be left with no option but to disrespect and beat her because I’m wired to beat a woman who doesn’t provide. If i am doing the most difficult job on earth by cleaning the house, washing plates, taking care of the home whether I’m sick or not, the least she can do is go to work. I have prayed to God to heal her and grant her strength for today and the rest of the week.
