1/ Mohammed Fuseini joined Union from Sturm Graz in summer 2024. Debut season was strong: 9 league goals, key role in the historic title (first since 1935). Fast, dangerous on the counter, efficient.

To CJ Hiro who forgot to research enough heres a FACT CHECK FOR YOU GIRL .. In the Philippines, the term limits for a congressman apply separately to district representatives and party-list representatives. 🧾 SCENARIO: A person serves: 1 term as a district congressman 3 terms as a party-list representative ✅ Is this allowed? Yes. This is allowed under current rules and jurisprudence. 🧠 Why? Because the term limit rule applies to “consecutive terms in the same office”, and district and party-list positions are treated as separate types of representation. 📜 Legal Basis: Article VI, Section 7 of the 1987 Constitution says: “No Member of the House of Representatives shall serve for more than three consecutive terms.” But this has been interpreted to mean three consecutive terms in the same position (i.e., as district rep or party-list rep), not combined across both. ✅ So in your case: 1 term as district rep ✅ 3 terms as party-list rep ✅ Total: 4 terms in Congress, but not a violation of the 3-term limit because they’re not consecutive terms in the same post. 🔄 Can they run again? Yes, but with restrictions: They must sit out one full term before running again for the same position (e.g., party-list or district). But they can switch roles again (e.g., go from party-list to district or vice versa) without needing a break. 🔁 Sample Career Path (All Legal): Party-list Rep – Term 1 Party-list Rep – Term 2 Party-list Rep – Term 3 (maximum consecutive) Next election – runs as District Rep ✅ After 3 district terms – can return to Party-list ✅ (after a break if needed)

The quintessential question every Kenyan must grapple with today is: What is the purpose of government in Kenya? Let's take a look at Baringo County as we try to answer that question. Baringo County has a poverty rate of 47%. This is despite the fact that it has received KSH 60.3 billion since devolution. This county can only raise 3% of its budget, or KSH 250 million. 11 years into devolution. Its 45 MCAs in 2024-2025 consumed 10% of the entire budget on themselves. 10% of the entire budget. This county, after raising KSH 250 million locally: Spends 55% of all revenue on salaries for the 1% of people in government. The legal limit is 35%! That gimmick alone - 55% vs 35% - robs citizens KSH 1.5 billion in 2024-2025 alone. In the last three years, citizens have lost KSH 3.3 billion that way. Now, watch the attached video of a healthcare facility - collapsing because of corruption, incompetence, and indifference. This KSH 3.3 billion went to 1% of those in government. And, it does not include the money lost to corruption in the shameful facility under discussion. After raising KSH 250 million locally, or 3% of its budget, the county drops KSH 381 million on travel. Travelling in style. Where to? "Benchmarking exercise" in Tanzania. "Smart (more appropriately, "dumb") governance" in Dubai. "Empowering excellence" in Dubai. "Digital conference" in Rwanda. "Retirement planning" in Tanzania. "Leadership and integrity" in Tanzania. I mean - you gotta hand it to them. They are trolls per excellence. Leadership and integrity? The point is - this county that started by taking 55% of all revenue on salaries, drops KSH 381 million travelling, for absolute nonsense. ZERO VALUE FOR CITIZENS. The governor is taking home a basic income that is a whopping 75 times the income earned by the average citizen. The MCA? 15 times. All this information can be found on the last attachment. This county, in 2024-2025, spent KSH 0 on bursaries - in a county where one in two people cannot afford two meals in a day. It total, it spent only KSH 170 million on education in the county, which was about 1.9% of the budget. For all the children in the county. 55% on salaries, 1.9% on education. After all that wastage and greed - believe it or not, the county has a lengthy list of stalled projects. Look at the the third attachment here. Many of the stalled projects list: "Inadequate funding" has the reason that the project failed. The stalled projects include healthcare facilities and schools. Let that sink in. Our laws tell county governments - do not spend more than 35% of revenue on salaries for yourselves - because you are not the purpose for devolution. You are not the purpose for the existence of government. But - that doesn't mean anything. They spend 55% on salaries - on a tiny fraction of the county - less than 1% of the county population. In three years alone, this theft through illegal spending on salaries amounts to KSH 3.3 billion! They then take KSH 381 million for travel. The County Governor's office, is allocated KSH 3.9 billion, out of a county budget of about KSH 9 billion. Crazy, right? The Governor's office's budget is larger than: The county assembly; Roads department; Health services department Agriculture department; and Water and irrigation. COMBINED! The question I said we need to grapple with is: What is the purpose of government in Kenya? Devolution as currently set up will not work, without significant reform. What you see above is not government. It is not devolution. It is extraction. Pure and simple. We as Kenyans need to love our country better. And when you love anything, you want the best version of it. We cannot spend 70% of every single shilling in our name on 3% of Kenyans, and act like we are a country with a government. Our country owes KSH 12 trillion, for which the future of this country is in serious jeopardy. A country where about 50% of all citizens are youth - is spending over 80% of all revenue on debt service, perpetuating this type on insanity. And when Kenyans ask questions, they are called merchants of anarchy. Their patriotism is questioned. They are told they are not educated. Change Must Come. Baringo County Govt. Abdi Nasambu

union alpha (unbiased pareto) vs deepseek v4.1 flash vs muse spark 1.3 – three paintings in three.js the setup: one four-line prompt plus the painting as an image, through OpenRouter. no agent loop, no renders, no feedback – the model writes one html file blind and we open it. Three.js from a cdn, every texture generated in code. when a provider cut the stream early we sent the partial back and said continue exactly where you stopped tasks: 1. the starry night – van gogh, 1889 2. the persistence of memory – dalí, 1931 3. poppies at argenteuil – monet, 1873 two rules in every brief: keep the painting's palette, brushwork and mood, and reply with the code only models: Unbiased AI union alpha (stealth, free), DeepSeek deepseek v4.1 flash, AI at Meta muse spark 1.3 total cost, three scenes #1 union alpha – free (list price: $1.04) #2 muse spark 1.3 – $0.117 #3 deepseek v4.1 flash – $0.162 generation time, three scenes #1 muse spark 1.3 – 4m 45s #2 deepseek v4.1 flash – 11m 30s #3 union alpha – 29m 13s total completion tokens #1 muse spark 1.3 – 26,502 #2 union alpha – 123,756 #3 deepseek v4.1 flash – 156,028 lines of code shipped #1 muse spark 1.3 – 862 #2 union alpha – 1,715 #3 deepseek v4.1 flash – 2,816 observations: • union alpha reads the painting like an art historian. it named every work unprompted, then broke each into parts: dalí's watches deformed along a bezier curve, monet's poppies as instanced brush dabs under a wind shader. no other model went that deep on a one-shot • it is the only model that made the paintings move the way they were painted. in the monet, the woman and the child walk the field on catmull-rom paths, pollen drifts, poppies are brush dabs in a point shader that sway in the wind. deepseek and muse left the figures standing • its dalí is an inventory of the canvas: three soft clocks draped along one parametric curve, a drip falling off the hanging one, a fly, ants on the pocket watch as an instanced mesh. 17 named parts in all. nobody else drew the drip • its starry night is shader work end to end: shared glsl noise, a vortex field for the sky, billboarded shader quads for the moon and stars, a painterly surface shader for the hills, and windows that flicker on their own timers. the file reads like a demoscene entry, not a model output what union alpha is: • we asked it. the stealth window had closed a day after launch and the api answered: "this model was unbiased's pareto". pareto is from circuit & chisel, an ex-stripe team that raised $19.2m in sep 2025 per fortune, and now sells "frontier intelligence for 75% less" • pareto is not one model. per unbiased's site it "runs a mix of frontier and open source models against each other on every request" and keeps the best answer. that is the 300-second first token, the tokenizer listed as "other", and the missing reasoning field – a race, not a model • listed at $2.50 in and $7.50 out per million. our three scenes would have cost $1.04 – 6.4x deepseek, 8.9x muse. asked for its cutoff, it dated nothing past may 2025 follow thehype. for 24/7 ai news, analysis and breakdowns

INCREDIBLE: Hundreds crossed Manchester—and police reported no significant issues. A river of St George’s Crosses and Union flags moved out from Store Street beside Piccadilly station. What struck me was the sight of people keeping step as the colours filled the road. Britain First organised the march on 18 April 2026 as a St George’s Day parade. Hundreds followed the agreed route through central Manchester to St Peter’s Square, with Paul Golding walking at the front. I felt proud seeing England’s patron saint marked in public, plainly and without apology. (That matters more to me than any shouted slogan.) The city had prepared for disruption. Extra officers were deployed, tram services were affected and rival groups were kept apart. Yet afterwards, Greater Manchester Police said people from different groups had gathered safely and that no significant issues were reported. Tram services resumed that afternoon. That made me look again. These marches are often treated as trouble before anyone takes a step. Here, the visible record shows British flags moving through the city, while the official account says the day was managed safely. I was relieved by that, and honestly moved. Peaceful people did not have to hide their pride, and Manchester carried on afterwards. For me, that is the point: patriotism can take up space without losing discipline. A march can be loud, clear and lawful—and leave the city to get on with its day.

Salim Lagzhaoui (19) 🇳🇴🇲🇦• Record breaker💰 (A thread🧵) • With the signing of Salim Lagzhaoui commading a a fee of 1,27 million euros, the young playmaker smashes Fredrikstad`s previous transfer record. 1,27 millon is a lot of money for a club like Fredrikstad, with a few eyebrows being raised amongst the fanbase. Since the middle of June this year Lagzhaoui has been almost unplayable in the 2nd tier of Norwegian football, with 6 goals and 3 assits in his last 12 league games. • During the 2025 campaign, its evident to see the extreme development Lagzhaoui has shown in his overall game. His awarness, his positioning and calmness on the pitch have all improved massivily which is reflected on his output on the pitch. • Lagzhaoui has been deployed as the right central midfield in a midfield 3. The role he was deployed in at Lyn was not static and locked, as in mulitple instances he takes on a more advaned central role when Lyn are in the attacking 3rd of the pitch. This can be seen in in the video below, where his goals and assists from the 2025 camapaign is highlighted. • The Moroccoan U20 international will likley take his place in the Fredrikstad starting XI straight away, with a place in the midfield 3 in Andreas Hagen`s system the most likley destination. With the depatures of Emil holten, the imminent depature of Daniel Eid and the signing of forward signing of Johannes nunes might speak of a tactical change formationwise which could see Lagzhaoui moved further forward in a number 10 role. • Either side of the tactical spectrum, the young playmaker will not be tied to a static role, but will be given the freedom to roam and unleah his creativity. After doing research to being able to write this small piece, what impressed me the most with his abilites was his overview and awareness on the pitch. His ability to be in the right place at the right time to be able to either recive the ball and carry it forward or shoot is something not seen often at this level of the games. • A player having these types of abilites, is something the Fredrikstad squad deeply misses. The lack of a a playmaker has been the main issue throughout the season, since cult hero Morten Bjørlo departed the club in February. While the two players are vastly different in terms of roles and playstile, they share some very important qualites. They both posesses exeptional awareness and overview of the pitch. • As mentioned previously, Lagzhaoui is a Moroccoan under 20 international. The young playmaker earned his first call up as a youth international. Salim will join up with his Moroccoan teammates as they face USA U20 Friday the 5th ans joins the Fredrikstad squad permanently after that.

Years ago when I was recruiting for Cornell, I remember watching a preseason game in Western Canada with Brett Larson, now the Head Coach at St. Cloud. The game we were watching was turning into a bit of a blowout in the second period and wasn’t going to be a great evaluation so we got into talking some hockey. Just an unreal hockey mind and a great coach. At one point he goes to me - “Watch every time a team makes 3 passes in a row and see what happens…” I was like OK, not thinking much of it. But then as we keep talking and I’m watching, very rarely are there three passes being made on the tape in a row. It’s a dump, someone tries to beat someone one on one, it’s a turnover, etc… And then finally BOOM three passes in a row - and there’s a scoring chance. Go a little while longer, not a ton of plays being made and then BOOM again - three passes on the tape in a row and there’s a scoring chance. It didn’t happen often, but when it did…offensive chances and goals were created. It was like clockwork. PASSING is the most underrated and under-worked-on skill in hockey. Hockey is a TEAM game and when I watch the game, especially at the youth levels, the team that passes the puck better typically wins. We need to prioritize it more with our kids…BIG TIME. This goal is an incredible example. Just flawless execution of passing, making the game look so beautiful. What a display of hockey sense, support, puck protection, and poise. I know there’s a lot of coaches out there on social media working their ass off to create content. Only problem is, 90% of the content I see from skills coaches on social media have zero passing in them. The kids are seeing dangles, tight turns, spins, etc…but they aren’t seeing what is going to make them an actual “hockey player”. High level scouts today are telling us all the time they’re seeing a ton of skilled players…who just don’t understand the game. They can all do “The Michigan”, they have incredible speed and hands…but they struggle to make plays or play as part of a unit. Working on skills is important - but let’s make sure that we don’t forget the one most important for playing a team game. If we get back to that, we’ll see a lot more goals like this one in the future.

For those that feel disappointment when not getting the results they want: -There are steps to success. When you play, you are working towards a goal and there are always steps to it! TCGs are a sport to me. My life revolves around them and I train to be the best that I can be physically and mentally. But regardless of preparation or skill level, there will be bad days. -Some days you are able to be successful and some days you are not. Sometimes it is your day and sometimes it is not. It’s natural to be upset. I’ve cried many times after a big loss because I care so much. But if you’ve given everything you had and have a bad round, a bad day, a bad tournament, or a bad stretch of tournaments, then it was not a failure. Failure is when you didn’t put in maximum effort or try in the first place. Michael Jordan played 15 seasons and won 6 championships. His other 9 seasons were not a failure. They were steps to his success. Cutting to a single elimination top 64 from 2000 players after only 9 rounds is extremely unforgiving. Just because that 3% succeeded, does not mean the other 97% have failed. Make no mistake about it, those who consistently succeed do not get there by accident. They earn it. But again, regardless of work ethic or talent, there will be good days and bad days. You have to bounce back and keep trying! IF you are putting in the work then every tournament is you taking the steps to work towards your goals. I encourage you to be honest with yourself about your preparation but not be hypercritical and view everything as a failure. There are plenty of unbelievably talented players that have not yet made a Lorcana Top cut and if you are in this group then you are in good company

Continue from my last speech. Part 2 I will talk about the role played by Nidiao Shandao Group during the main network period and its important responsibilities in the future. Currently, due to the high risk of buying and selling in the Chinese region, there are relatively less Pi in circulation for barter GCV. This is because a lot pioneers are misled, and many international communities have Pi in wallet but don't have high-quality and low-cost products. Currently, we are creating a full Pi payment for small goods in the international community. Pioneers are eager to support GCV barter while also being able to easily access their favorite Chinese goods, or some countries want to export to China, such as gold from Africa. Therefore, merchants in China can participate in GCV as exporters through Nidiao Shandao Group. There are many pioneers on the international side who have Pi to participate in barter GCV data. It's important to note that during the closed mainnet, Pi cannot be recognized as real payment or equivalent exchange by the government or the market. As a result, it's impossible to pay full Pi payment for large quantities or high-priced products, as engaging in large-scale barter without paying taxes is illegal. Enterprises and exporters are unable to sustainably pay large sums of money in the long term. Therefore, I propose a plan involving partial fiat currency and partial distribution. Under this plan, exporters can charge the cost (including taxes and freight) in fiat currency, while the remaining profit is partially distributed. It's essential to identify products with competitive advantages in the market to ensure mutual benefit for both parties and to contribute to national tax revenue. I often receive requests from international community leaders who want to establish barter trade with Chinese manufacturers. They are interested in making partial payments in fiat and distributing the rest. Our GCV International Trade Commission was informally established due to administrative reasons preventing official registration. However, we still need a functional department to arrange liaisons, and we can formally register it when open mainet. Currently, our trade committee has facilitated ongoing barter trade between the two parties. If we can find a product suitable for barter trade and both parties agree, they will use the GCV price and part of the payment to support our open mainnet data. This will demonstrate the role of GCV in international trade and its future prospects, providing a significant boost to the GCV and mainnet process. If the parties don't find a suitable product, they can wait until the open mainnet is available. After the mainnet launch, all kinds of trades will be conducted at a unified price GCV, addressing China's surplus and backlogged goods and the international community's productivity issues. This aligns with Dr. Nicholas and Dr. Fan's vision of blockchain technology positively impacting the lives of ordinary people, as well as national and global economies. Just as your company name Ni Diao Shan Dao is a combination of the names of Dr. Nicholas and Dr. Fan Cheng Diao, reflecting the great vision of the "Good Dao" to do things that benefit the country and the world. In the past, China had the Silk Road which brought prosperity to the world economy. Today, we have Nidiao Shandao to build a modern network Silk Road. I want to express my deep gratitude to Nidiao Shandao International Group and Zhengzhou Nidiao Technology Co., Ltd. for your efforts in supporting GCV and international trade. Finally, I wish this conference success on behalf of the international GCV community! I hope to successfully complete the international trade of GCV price payment under the leadership of Nidiao Group and aspire for them to become the ancestors and leaders of international trade in the future. Thank you all and wish you all auspiciousness, peace, happiness. Doris Yin 🪷🪷🪷 Canada 5/19/24
