Derek Carr has been a really good QB without Josh McDaniels, but McDaniels has never been a really good head coach without Carr. It’s that simple.

Season ticket holder here, watched him for 9 years. Amazing man, not many better, he’ll go down as one of our best QB’s. If injured these next two games his ‘23 salary of $33M, & $7.5M in ‘24, would be guaranteed. Raiders want to move on, so parking Carr was the right move.

Heres the problem. He'll have 1 game where plays well& 2 where hes bad. Then 3 where he looks good &5 where he dont. Math adds up. Fact Raiders lose more than win w him at QB for the past9 years. Its time for a change. Hopefully for the better. If not Im ready to lose differently
