Y'all! He is NOT getting out of prison. His state charges held more time than the federal. State charges cannot be pardoned. He's going to do his time. The federal will only knock a couple of years off.

Thankfully he can only pardon the federal crimes, and not that state sentence. 🙏🏽

Here's something to think about though: He may get pardoned of the Federal crimes, but a pardon doesn't expunge those charges off his record. And he still has the state charges to serve, ones that Drumpf can't pardon him for.

George Floyd died of a drug overdose. That was determined on the autopsy. Now, if the police officer was Black that officer would be pardon because it doesn’t fit the narrative of racism and know that cop was not racist.

Donald can only pardon him for the federal crime, not the state level charges. He was convicted of manslaughter at the state level. So a pardon would only move him out of a federal facility.
