Yeah you have to be strong as hell to pull that off. Some of these guys have bad body position and they aren’t even dropping their weight properly. No bump no nothing he just turns into them meaning there’s too much space.

If they have poor technique or you are as strong as Derrick, you really can just stand up—but most of the time you can't.
