What about condensation from the pipe? That part of the wall may eventually be affected by mould due to moisture from the pipe.

Why not a central cooling system.

The higher it goes the cooler it becomes. From basic school Science. The heat emitted will be neutralized by atmospheric air.

Overheating: Poor spacing and ventilation can cause hot air to recirculate, reducing cooling efficiency. Excessive vibration: Multiple units can transmit vibration and noise into the building. Drainage problems: Poorly routed condensate pipes can cause water leakage and damage.

Rather than this nonsense why not install a HVAC

Nothing bad in their designs. I have seen and watch a video where a AC technician works on a AC by the side of a skyscraper in china All the design needed there is simple "slide out tray" for each AC And talking about heat.. It's mounted on the wall outside, well ventilated

Why can't Nigerian engineers design a central AC for an hotel from the scratch. Both designs are flawed. Instead of buying 100 AC, like an idiot from the village, why no go for one central system?

Access during maintenance is the only problem I see here... I don't think the heat transfer should raise any cause for alarm since they are in open space
