I AM LFT and will be exploring my options for 2026. This possession is why I'm so skeptical of the Duren/Ausar pairing long-term. They both prefer to work in the same areas of the court and the coaching staff all season has not been intentional enough in how they space with those two. Their reactions are to move to same areas.

Spoke to a few NFL refs this morning and a couple that are retired: 1) “The official on the left hash behind the Offense would be responsible for calling a hold if he sees one, from that view, not a hold” 2) “If the blocker is strong enough to keep a defender directly in front of him, and blocker gives up, that is not going to be called.” 3) “Not a hold if he keeps his feet in good position which is another thing we look at.”

A lot of people are unaware about what ‘TRAINING TILL TRUE FAILURE ’ means and that is costing them a lot more TIME & MONEY than it should to build muscles and get in shape. It’s not when your mind has given up. It’s not when you think you’ve done enough. It’s not stopping at 10 reps with your selected weight because the program said 8-10 Reps. True Failure is when the Muscle can no longer produce enough force to complete the movement safely and correctly no matter how much effort you’ve put in. It should be physically impossible !
