Happy Birthday, Quentin Tarantino Desperado (1995) - The Piss Joke. The 90s was such a cool time for independent filmmakers, and one of the most exciting pairings was Tarantino and Robert Rodriguez. Cheech Marin's face is worth the admission price of this clip alone.

The Tarasco Bar shootout in Desperado (1995) is a gloriously over the top John Woo/Sam Peckinpah inspired action setpiece. Banderas commands the screen as he takes out a horde of heavily armed bad guys to the stylish, direction and editing of Robert Rodriguez. So good

Love that Crawford carried a guitar case and wore a jacket with a scorpion on the back like Antonio in Desperado, while the band played the song from Desperado, “Cancion del Mariachi". Too cool!
