Take the 9th Circuit’s endless activism—blocking border security, greenlighting regulatory overreach. That’s why reining in rogue judges matters. But let’s not stop there. Every dollar wasted on litigating these power grabs could fund vet clinics or infrastructure. Time to defund judicial imperialism and redirect resources to priorities that serve Americans, not D.C.’s unaccountable elites.
