This is fault of engineers who plan such cities. In a metropolitan city average depth & width of drainage should be 10:5 feet. Under ground rain water storage should be there where rain water can be stored and used later. No proper drainage led to road dammage

by the way this is no different even when bjp was in power, this is one issue where it isnt bjp vs congress, its upto people and politicians to realize such infra in near future will lead to exodus of startups, firms out of southern states
