I went from 92 to 98 miles an hour by adjusting my drop. When I used to think about the drop phase in my delivery, I thought I needed to drop as hard as I could into my back leg. So that’s what I did. I dropped in, got into a squat position, and powered myself out of it. That got me to the low to mid nineties. What got me to 96, 97, and 98 was learning to create linear momentum during the drop. I started moving down the mound instead of just dropping straight down. One of the biggest things that helped was dropping into the inside of my back foot. Before, I would drop into the sole of my back foot. That put me in a very vertical shin angle and I’d go straight down. Then I had to push out of it. The simple adjustment I made was dropping into the inside of my back foot. That put me in a position where my shin wasn’t as vertical. It created a force vector that helped me get down the mound and build linear momentum instead of just going straight down. That linear momentum wasn’t powered by me. It was powered by gravity. I was able to use gravity to my advantage and throw harder with less effort.

I've included two videos of the car running into me... one inside the car and one outside. With the FSD 14 light reversing issues I was curious if it would stop for a person m, especially a child so I ran a couple tests. When I was standing straight up, the car, wouldn't continue to move backwards, but when I crouch down so I was the height of a kid or a pet it ran into me. I even tried walking at first and then crouching down and when I was walking it showed red on the screen so it knew I was there, but then the red went away when I stopped and crouched down. I was thinking if it saw me walking, there would be object permanence and it would stop.

Virginia got a huge break in its win over Pitt. The Cavaliers tried a QB sneak on fourth down and were stuffed. But the play was waived off as the officials weren't in position. They replayed the down and Virginia picked up the first down.

With Shedeur Sanders OFF the field in the red zone, the #Browns inexplicably call this totally unnecessary “gadget play” contrary to all common sense, logic and what was working in the red zone —whilst missing another opportunity to give Sanders another red zone look after he just drove them down the field. How many times was it pointed out the last several weeks about taking Sanders off the field in the red zone, when he just started playing week 12, and in need of red zone experience as the position touching the ball the most. Not sure what point is being made here…except costing the game potentially.
