This is major gaslighting. The WTO has little to do with the USA's trade deficit in goods. Worth noting he doesn't mention services which are pushing $300 billion surplus. A massive increase during the Biden adminstration FYI.

You made no -none, zilch, zippo-effort to work within the WTO. We remember; in Trump I you did everything you could to destroy the WTO. But of course, you can’t tell the truth about who pays tariffs either.
