Turns out he was being disruptive, making loud noises while the other kids were trying to work and the teacher refused to let him to go specials, instead she put him in the classroom and flicked him off and hit him with a pencil. What I don’t get is he told the office what happened, they didn’t bother to do anything about it, nor did they immediately call her. The teacher in question is still there employed and now he’s scared to go back, if this was your kid would you make him go back, would you feel this was his fault for acting up?
