🦖: There was once someone who used to be a fan who loved us, and one day that person said they felt disgusted by us. I can understand that to some extent. It comes from the kind of news they were exposed to and the anger they felt. I myself probably wouldn’t do the same thing that person did to us. 🦖: What I want is for people to look more at the reality of what is happening, what actually occurred between Thailand and Cambodia. And to try to understand it, because in truth, ordinary people like us, and people on the Cambodian side as well, are directly affected by this situation. But this is not something we should be blaming or attacking each other over.

Edwin Sifuna on an NDC being called and him being kicked out as SG: It is okay. There is nowhere it is written that Sifuna can be the only one who is SG. I have said that I have predecessors, people who have done this job; I have young people in ODM who, I know for a fact, if they are given the opportunity, they can do this job even better than Sifuna or all the other SGs that have served before. 🐹 also, this might be a bit of a deep talk (topic). actually, there really isn't much in this world that lasts forever. but still, i hope that villains and xdiz can be one of those rare exceptions. lately, i've found myself thinking that more and more. 🐹 right now, xdiz is receiving so much more love than before. more people are discovering us, we have so many new fans, and every year there are even more people celebrating my birthday than the year before. i never want to take any of that for granted. 🐹 the love you've all given us... i want to work even harder so i can give it back to you. i'll keep doing my best to become a leader that villains can be proud of.

Can one person change the culture of an organization? Yes. We all know that can definitely happen in a negative way. One person can shift the energy of a room, school, or an organization, to make it worse than what it was before. The opposite can be true as well. I saw individuals shift the culture of entire rooms in moments by bringing their energy and people fed off their enthusiasm, and the dynamic of the culture changed in moments. We often discuss culture like it’s someone else’s responsibility but culture is made up of people. And eventually that one person who can bring a positive light to an organization can diminish their own. No matter how optimistic, joyful and passionate a person can be, never assume they are “good.” Check in on people even when they seem like they don’t need it, because often they do. One person can move the culture ahead in a positive direction, but that individual might also need your energy to keep them going. Education is about elevation and whether you are positive or negative, it is contagious? Which one will you be?

That's that is them being a fiduciary for their people. So we have to address all of those things. But we understand that we have technical teams working on it. And we're hopeful that by the end of this year, we actually and maybe quite a bit sooner, we actually can find the ingredients to get to that peace deal.
