Stafford gave everything of himself for Detroit. If they would have asked him to stay, he would have stayed. He said it himself. He gave them an out, but it really worked well for both teams. I watched every single game he played as a Lion and he was the only one on the team that never lost faith that they could leave the field on any single day as a winner. He is a legend for me as a Lion
