It is, it originally launched a few days before Mankind Divided and there used be Praxis Kits that you would get in MD if you also played DX Go, and there were daily challenges. you could also create your own puzzles, sadly these are missing with the relaunch (for now at least)

I hope they've optimized it for new smartphones. Last time I tried, the performance was a mess. I know it has some time, but still... I want to give this a try now! Anyone has tried it now?

I played it briefly. It ran well on my Samsung A24. Will go more in-depth with it later, though.
