Ever since I was young, I've always been someone who liked taking the lead. For example, in high school or college, whenever we had group projects, I liked being the group leader. At church too, if there was a small group, I liked leading it. 🐹 So when I became Xdinary Heroes' leader, I honestly thought I'd do a good job. But during the first three years after our debut, I was really lost. "What kind of leader should I be? Am I even qualified to be a leader? Maybe I'm just not someone who's naturally meant to lead." 🐹 I realized how many shortcomings I had, and I broke down over it many times. But now, after going through so many things together with the younger members... Arguing and clashing over different opinions, and then finding ways to reconcile and come back together, I think I've finally come to understand something. 🐹 Being a leader isn't about leading the team exactly the way I want. Of course, I don't think there's one correct definition of a good leader, but I believe the foundation has to be genuinely loving your teammates. Because a team exists to accomplish a certain goal, right? If you focus only on achieving that goal and stop focusing on the people on the team, it starts to feel like something is missing. Like one screw has come loose. 🐹 And I also think a leader is someone who takes responsibility for everything. For example, if there's conflict between team members, or if someone goes through something difficult, or if one of my teammates has a problem, it might not be something I caused, or it might feel like it has nothing to do with me. But as long as I'm the leader of this team, if something happens to one of my members, I believe there was at least one percent of something I could have done. 🐹 That's why I think a good leader is someone who always feels responsible for what happens to their teammates or someone who never runs away from that responsibility. Honestly, I could talk about what "leader" means to me for a very long time. But I'll stop here for now and move on

In company of seriki muritala , the LAHA candidate for Kosofe II, the Mayoress of Ikosi-Isheri, Princess Samiat Bolanle Bada, B.T.A , Aina Olayinka and the entire team, we expressed our heartfelt appreciation for the guidance, support, and leadership received throughout the journey. We also paid a visit to our apex leader in Agboyi-Ketu, Pa S.A. Oyedele, whose unwavering support and fatherly counsel remain invaluable to us all. It was indeed a joyous and fulfilling visit. It was last year in April while we were working for the relief & rehabilitation at #Khargone & #Sendhwa that I received this unexpected call. It was Asaduddin Owaisi sb who called to enquire about the situation there. Over almost a months time, we talked on many occasions. I briefed him about the relief works we were doing there & he shared the works by AIMIM team. His team worked with many survivors of violence & communal demolition at Khargone & Sendhwa. In the #Haldwani demolition that was later stayed by the court, we also talked about the legal approach and other mitigations. In past 10 days, while working with the #Nuh relief works, he has called me many a times and not just a call, his team is working with some relief works. Every time I talk to him, I feel the same pain in his voice as if he is there with the survivors and seen things through his eyes. It is beyond any doubt that he is one of the finest & bravest political leader of our times. One may criticise him or disagree with him but it is impossible to be like Asaduddin Owaisi sb.

#LNGSHOT #LOUIS #WOOJIN shared full story how “Never Let Go” was born 👶🏻 this song was actually originally worked on by me and woojin hyung when we were still trainees. after our coach leader heard it, he said the song’s quality was too good, so we decided to try a full team version 🐆after our schedule was over, we just watched youtube and listened to a lot of songs. louis and i were together at that time so we thought “let’s just try it” we searched for a beat right there, i turned on the recording and louis immediately freestyled. i used the hook and then wrote the post-chorus right away. actually at first we weren’t that obsessed or that into the song even though we had kept it, but when our coach leader heard it, he said “this has to be done” so that day we worked on it with the hyungs. at the company, they also matched us with a topliner hyung who was close to us and from there the song developed, but we never imagined it would make it into the debut album
