Protesters BOOED as the flag was lowered, and one woman tried blocking the officials while holding a trans flag. Only the American Flag and official state/federal flags should be flying from government property!

McAuley criticized City Councilmembers Kendra Brooks and Jamie Gaultier for posting pictures of Renee Good while neglecting cases where illegal immigrants committed violence against American citizens. City Council shut the mic off before his time was up. We had the chance to interview McAuley who accused City Council of violating his first amendment rights. He pointed out that Jamie Gauthier turned her back to him while he was speaking and that the reason City Council shut his mic off was because ‘they couldn’t handle hearing the truth.’ We attempted to interview Councilwoman Gauthier on her position on regarding ICE, as she has been very critical of them. Unsurprisingly, she ignored our questions while seeming to flee the building. Thoughts?

That standard shouldn’t be controversial. Too many Democrats seem eager to celebrate every culture except our own, and many democrats don’t even like our country.
