OMG! The libtards in NYC are so st00pid! The bills sent to the landlords do not stop. There isn't a feeeze on their property taxes. What you gonna do when you have a leaky roof and the landlord can't afford to fix it ? Then what ? Cause that is what is gonna happen. The building will fall down all around you. But hey... at least you have a freeze on your rent.. right? Oh...and that does NOT mean that you don't have to PAY rent. It just means it won't be raised.
