Supergirl Goes Woke, Flops at Box Office — (Video: AI) Supergirl opened to a disappointing $38 million domestically this weekend — well below pre-release expectations of $45–55 million for a film with a $170 million production budget. Star Milly Alcock leaned into heavy woke messaging, claiming she faces backlash for “simply existing as a woman” in a superhero movie and criticizing what she called society’s “weird ownership of women’s bodies.” The film pushed a strong “girl boss” narrative that alienated many core superhero fans. It earned mixed reviews (56% on Rotten Tomatoes) and a soft “B-” CinemaScore. Another reminder that audiences are tired of the lecture. Do you think Hollywood will finally learn from these woke flops?

🔥🚨 DEVELOPING: DNC Chairman Ken Martin is facing a HR complaint after The New York Times reported he threw his phone at a junior aide's desk in a fit of rage. Meanwhile the DNC is $2 million in debt, has put its own HQ up as collateral for a $15 million loan, and is begging vendors not to send invoices until after the midterms while Trump controls a $400 million super PAC and the RNC has $130 million on hand.

NEW: New York judge shreds Jay Z for trying to quash the lawsuit where he is accused of r*ping a 13-year-old girl. Judge Analisa Torres sided with the alleged victim, 'Jane Doe,' in her request to remain anonymous. Torres condemned Jay-Z and his lawyer Alex Spiro for trying to "fast-track" the legal process. "Carter's lawyer's relentless filing of combative motions containing inflammatory language and ad hominem attacks is inappropriate, a waste of judicial resources, and a tactic unlikely to benefit his client," Torres said. "The Court will not fast-track the judicial process merely because counsel demands it." The rapper is accused of r*ping a 13-year-old girl at a 2000 MTV Awards afterparty in New York City with Diddy as a female celebrity watched.

🚨 JUST IN: President Trump just WALKED OFF and patted Zohran Mamdani on the shoulder on his way out of Gracie Mansion Honestly kind of surreal the public relationship these two have in front of the press 👀 Part of that can be attributed to the fact POTUS is a NEW YORKER at heart and doesn't want his own former city to fail 47 will now head to another meeting tonight with Macron

13 year-old attacking midfielder Victor Salako Jr. has become one of the youngest ever players to be offered a scholarship at Crystal Palace.🤯✍️ Victor has been at Crystal Palace for the past six years.✅ At the end of last year, he assisted on his U16 debut in a 3-2 win against Norwich City - only a couple of months after turning 13.😯 At the beginning of the season, Victor also signed a deal with Adidas.👀 He has been playing as a winger or midfielder this season, mainly featuring with the U15 and U16 age groups.🦅 Exciting future ahead for him.👏💫

I got to meet Jack O’Connell this weekend after seeing his new film, Ink, directed by Danny Boyle. My son dressed as Remmick for Halloween last year, so I showed Jack the photo and told him Sinners was our favorite movie of the year, and that my son had even learned to play the score on his guitar. Jack took my phone and recorded a short video for him. An all-time moment, and one I’ll never forget among all the incredible memories I’ve made at this festival over the last 11 years. Thanks for following along!

🚨 JUST IN: Justin Baldoni breaks his silence for the first time since the bombshell lawsuit against Blake Lively. This interview was recorded in November 2024, after the It Ends With Us movie premiere and promotional events, but before the lawsuit was filed and The New York Times hit piece dropped. It goes live Monday, February 10, 2025, and I have a feeling it’ll give us a glimpse into what Justin was going through at the time. And knowing what came next, things likely got even worse after Blake Lively’s bombshell allegations went public. Behind the scenes, during this period, tensions were high. Justin was pressured by Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively to release a public statement he didn’t agree with, forcing him to take full accountability for the bad press and production issues. At his own movie premiere, Justin, his family, friends, and team were sent to the basement. Then, during the movie promotion, he was snubbed and separated from the cast. Watch the episode on YouTube: Watch the promo clip, his words hit differently now. ⬇️ #JustinSpeaks #BlakeLively #JusticeForJustin

And this is: USAID — the number one sponsor of propaganda, war, death, and terror, all in the name of socialism. — In 2022, USAID paid Time magazine $4 million for naming Volodymyr Zelenskyy “Person of the Year.” — In 2024, USAID paid Politico $8 million. — USAID was secretly funding the BBC to run anti-Trump and anti-Musk reports — similar to the $300 million given by the Biden administration to Reuters to target Elon Musk. Reuters later won the Pulitzer Prize for “their work on Elon Musk and misconduct at his businesses.” — USAID secretly paid $4 billion to Bill Gates, plus an additional $880 million to the WHO, after President Trump withdrew from the “World Death Organization.” — USAID was funding over 6,200 journalists across 707 media outlets and 279 media NGOs. Without USAID, fake news would not have existed.

Donald Trump moments ago in Cedar Rapids, Iowa: “A vote for Biden means the future will be made in China.” Do people really forget that Trump literally had a Chinese Bank account while President? Do people forget all of the Trump products that had the "made in China" labels on them? Do people forget that Trump changed his stance on the Chinese ZTE deal just days after Ivanka Trump was granted Chinese trademarks? Do people forget that China officially approved one of Trump’s trademark applications only a few days after Trump reversed his previous position and endorsed the “one China” policy? Do people forget that the Trump Organization sold a $15.8 million penthouse apartment in Trump Tower to Chinese-American business executive Xiao Yan Chen, just after Trump's inauguration?

🚨 PRESIDENT TRUMP SPEAKS AFTER ASSASSINATION THREAT President Trump made a sobering remark following reports of another assassination attempt near Mar-a-Lago: “I don’t know how long I’ll be around. I got a lot of people gunning for me, don’t I?” Whatever your politics, this is a reminder of the intensity and danger surrounding modern leadership at the highest level. Political violence has no place in a free society. Leaders can be opposed. They must never be targeted. Pray for his safety, for stability, and for peace. God Bless President Trump. God Bless the United States of America. Donald J. Trump

Just a week after making his U18s debut, Muawiya Ghanem has been named Player of the Tournament at this week’s U15 Premier League International Cup.🤯🏆 Last Saturday, Ghanem came on for the final 30 minutes against Everton U18s for his first appearance at U18 level, just a couple of months after turning 15. This made him one of the youngest ever players to feature for Newcastle United U18s.✅ Over the last 3 days, Ghanem has been playing in the U15 Premier League International Tournament, where his Newcastle side went on to beat Man City 1-0 in the final today after he scored the winning goal.😯 Across the 5 games Newcastle United U15s played, Muawiya bagged 3 goals and 2 assists - taking him to 50 G/A for the season (20 goals and 30 assists).⚽️🅰️ He only joined Newcastle at the beginning of the season from West Brom, and what a first season it’s proving to be.🤩👏

NEW: Former banker Chirayu Rana was offered $1 million by JPMorgan to settle his s*x slave allegations, which he countered at ~$12 million. The development comes as it has been revealed that Rana was referred for mental health treatment by the Manhattan DA's office. According to the WSJ, following weeks of mediation, JPMorgan sent a $1 million settlement offer to Rana and his lawyers in March. "We did try to reach an agreement to avoid the time and expense of litigation and to support an employee who was being threatened with the very reputational harm now unfolding," a spokesman for the bank said. "We continue to believe these allegations have no merit and new information raised as a result of the public filing only reinforces that conclusion." New reporting also reveals that the Manhattan DA's office referred Rana for mental health treatment after he alleged that he was traumatized by his boss. According to the New York Post, Rana sent an email to a therapist in June, saying he could hear Lorna Hajdini’s voice inside his head, saying he had "recurrent nightmares" about the alleged assaults.

🚨 Gavin Newsom & Wife’s $30 Million Fortune Under DOJ Scrutiny 🇺🇸 California Governor Gavin Newsom and his wife Jennifer Siebel Newsom are facing questions about their massive personal wealth — estimated at $30 million — as a DOJ investigation heats up. Newsom’s official salary is just $245,929 a year — pocket change compared to their fortune. His wealth largely comes from his partial ownership stake in the PlumpJack Group — the wine, restaurant, and hospitality empire he co-founded with Getty family backing. This includes multiple award-winning Napa Valley wineries (Forbes estimates the wineries alone are worth over $400 million), restaurants, hotels, and retail businesses. Jennifer Siebel Newsom earns more than $150,000 as founder of the feminist nonprofit The Representation Project, which has also paid around $150,000 annually to her media production company, Girls Club Entertainment — with the couple’s combined nonprofit and business ties pulling in millions over the years. California deserves real accountability — not politicians with massive private fortunes and potential conflicts of interest while running the state. What do you think about this level of wealth and influence in California politics? (Video: AI)
