So RDJ didn’t get Howard kicked off IRON MAN 2 by taking his pay away. Howard did it to himself. Nice that he finally admitted it. It’s too bad cause Howard is A LOT more watchable than his weak replacement.

Looking at ourselves objectively, admitting our faults and knowing that we are getting in our own way. Not easy to do. But, once you do, it becomes a natural reflex and can save you a lot of time and unnecessary conflict.

He lost his iron man role for being too cocky asking for more than he deserved at the time. Most of the actors in the beginning of that marvel era were underpaid compared to current payouts. He should’ve ate it and kept going.
