What an absolute shitbag of an excuse for a human being. I’m very fortunate my mother was and is a good woman. I’m glad however the kid will have a chance at a better life with someone who hopefully loves her.

I was abandoned by both parents. Left alone in a rental slum at just over 6 months old, to be found by my great-grandparents who checked in when they hadn't heard from my mother in 2 days. She ran off with her new boyfriend in the Navy. I was raised by my great-grandparents until they died when I was 16. I was seriously hoping this was a satire post. I know some people are saying this is fake, or perhaps rage bait, but when I tell you, when I was in women’s prison, I saw this type of thing all of the time. Several women incarcerated who were with me would have court dates for the adoption of their children, or to award them wards of the state, and every single one of them skipped the court dates like- oh well 🤷🏻‍♀️ I was fortunate enough to have my ex in-laws take care of my son while I was there. They handed him right back over to me as soon as I got home. And I never looked back! I’ve been clean and sober since 2 weeks before I entered prison, this November 1st marks 12 amazing years!

I wish she would have placed her baby girl up for adoption after birth. This little girl will need a lot of counseling. 😞

I know this won't sit well with many. This child was not loved by her own mother. An adoptive family gives the child a chance to grow up in a loving home her own mother couldn't offer. Therefore - approved. "If someone you love can walk away from you - - - let them walk."

The daughter is actually in better hands being away from her. She doesn’t deserve to be in her daughter’s life. Hopefully her daughter heals from the pain she’ll have to face in the future as she learns the truth and gets older, but she’s way better off being away from an evil person like this.
