This man was pumping gas at the gas station, as it approached 16 gallons of gas he knew he was going to reach what he wanted to pay. So when it went over 16 he was surprised and tried to stop the pump. He hit the release tab on the pump handle and it does nothing. It still pumps. It’s now approaching 24 gallons and he knows it’s going to flood and overflow his tank. Sure enough, as soon as he hit 24, gas spilled out onto the concrete. He panics and runs to hit the emergency shut off on the building. It cuts off power to the pumps and cuts out the lights. Did he wait way too long to shut it off or at least notify someone, what would you have done?

As the officer was searching the premises he ran into Trey an employee of the hotel and also African American. The officer proceeded to pull his firearm on and hold Trey at gun point for a number of minutes. The whole time Trey had his hands up and was eventually on his knees.
