Luke 13:3 - I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish. Romans 10:9-10 - That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the LORD Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
It's only a valid baptism if that person said "I baptize you in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit" while he went under water. This non challant Protestant theology has been so detrimental to souls. This is why Baptisms should happen in a Church, with a valid priest.
