Get your facts right, no mine is 60km deep.

Gold Miners are +35% YTD 📈 Trump tariffs, Fed rate cuts, and surging AI + central bank demand are fueling a gold rush. Miners offer leveraged upside to gold’s breakout above $3,000/oz. Read the full piece here:

60 kilometres deep……vertically? 🤔 is that possible?…. Or am I outdated?

There is no mine that deep in the whole world, Mponeng mine is the deepest in the world with up to -+4.5 km deep.

60km underground is +- 1000 degrees Celsius. Hope the air-conditioning is on full blast

Typical misinformation by the media. A 60km deep mine is non existent anywhere on earth. That specific shafts, is just over 3km long. But as usual, misinformation.

60kms deep?

This is to divert the attention from the scrapping of BBEE laws to allow Starlink to operate

60 kilometres underground. Impossible. Get your facts right

Shaft 7 is 3.2km, not 60km. Let's hope they bring our miners out soon and safely 🙏

At 60km deep one will encounter immense pressure, extreme temperatures, and potentially encounter the Earth's mantle. The hole would also likely deform and collapse due to the movement of the mantle. The current deepest human-made hole is the Kola Superdeep Borehole at 12.26 kilometers (7.6 miles), not 60km. Please review this.
