Take that same energy people are using to criticize us — and push the white labor union guys whom Biden/Harris supported. Push the white women (who are voting 50/50 for Trump) whose rights Biden/Harris have championed. And the minority of black male voters who DO have reservations and concerns — they should be listened to, in good faith.
