🔥🚨DEVELOPING: This graphic footage a man shooting and killing his neighbor over an argument had created a massive discussion online over ‘self defense’ the shooter can be seen checking his ammo before he entered the argument and proceeded to use his weapon shortly after. Is this self defense?

Looks like murder.

I don’t know what the laws are in Costa Rica but the man is seen checking, preparing and holstering his loaded weapon in his waistband. He then fires nine rounds at point blank range. Looks intent to kill and premeditated murder.

Armed neighbor comes to the rescue of a woman getting attacked by her husband.

Ask yourself if it was a proportional response. In my experience that’s what the law typically measures. That said, I’m not a lawyer. From the video it appears to be a disproportional response.

That’s cold blooded murder!

Chambering a round doesn't change anything. The dead guy approached him and his wife and took a swing. Bad move that unfortunately cost him his life. But probably a clean kill here.
