I like the sound of that promise. Now actualize them. Meanwhile, instead of using a generic, "one-size-fits-all" engineering template, contextual infrastructure takes into account the local reality. Build rigid concrete roads instead of asphalt because the local environment with heavy-rainfall destroys regular tar roads quickly.
