No it wasn’t a bug just apple for iOS 15+ require the app to be signed with explicit app id provision profile

Device ToolKit v1.8.0 RELEASED with MANY new tweaks! ✅ This update includes a lot of new cosmetic and audio tweaks courtesy of jailbreak dot party. ✅ Call Recording Notification tweak is now re-enabled and should be working (thanks to md0 devs), legal warning now in-place. ✅ Background Monitoring is now available. It uses the Location Services / Notifications trick from AltStore to keep the app active in the background and re-apply the tweaks when necessary (Beta). ⬇️ Download official IPA (v1.8.0): This works on iOS 16.0 - 18.5, all devices. iDevice ToolKit will then provide you the tweaked IPA that you can sign with tools like Sideloadly, AltStore, ESign, or even TrollStore (where available).

The Bug where you can't use B.A.S.E from the trap wheel will be fixed next update. As a workaround, you can swap to it in the quick trap picker from the build menu; it will let you place B.A.S.E and it will add it back to the trap wheel
