Devilman (1987)

To think this was my first anime experience as a 14 year old.

"The Birth" and "The Demon Bird" are still the best animated adaptations of Devilman. It was cool when Crybaby brought more eyes to the series but I love the OVA's.

every frame looks like it wants to kill me. gorgeous.

I'm conflicted on Devilman as a whole where OG one feels like leftover time capsule piece while Crybaby has Garth Ennis core into Devilman story

If you've never seen this anime, you're missing out

I love devilman so much

Anyone looking for indie animated films tap into this 2023 release But warning it gets dark And does not seek to offend unless you partake in certain issues the film discusses

One of my favourite animes

Needed maybe one or two more episodes to complete. What was the general consensus of that OVA in Japan? Because I could see people being grossed out after the first movie.

The running back fist is hilarious.

Sold my DVD and action figure set
