A message to anybody who suffers from anxiety, depression or addiction or who knows anybody who does... Any time I am in a dark place I can end up doomscrolling on my phone looking for any sort of inspiration to get better. I’m very lucky to be feeling good at the moment so I thought I’d just walk into the sun and make a little video of hope that might just be seen by one person who needs it. 😞 I do much better now but even 3 weeks ago I had a really bad 4-5 day spell. The dark mist returned. This is a constant battle for us all. 🏃‍♂️ I’ve been back running and eating healthy and doing all the things to make myself healthy and it’s amazing how quick it makes a difference. It’s also amazing how quick you can slip with as habits. I always found Mondays tough. It’s a day when the world moves on and everybody can be seen going about their business. I would often be anxious popping a pill to get through the day or sipping on wine in the evening. If people only knew how many people sitting or working beside them on any given day are in agony and dreading the world. The one thing I wanted to get across is things do change. The sun does shine again. You can beat this. It is possible and ok to feel “normal”. Dont beat yourself up if you can’t beat it immediately or if it never seems to be ending. It took me about 43 years to get a grip of it and as I said I still struggle. It’s totally fine to admit that. Whoever you are in the world I hope you have as good a Monday as is possible. You are not alone. ❤️🙏

This is the closest Game we have to compare to GTA VI in terms of Open-World Gameplay. This Matrix: Awakens footage was recorded on Xbox Series X and as you can see the FPS is struggling to stay above 30FPS. The resolution also takes a big hit when you start moving the camera too fast because of so much processing happening at the same time. Considering GTA 6 has probably 10X times the mechanics of NPCs behavior going on and physics that are miles ahead of this game, it's safe to say that a performance mode is going to be near impossible in a PS5/Xbox Series X and S Version. Perhaps when PS5 Pro launches we will get a 60FPS mode, but things are looking rough right now. If you want easy healthy lunch ideas, here is a high protein cucumber tuna salad that takes 5 mins, and tastes so good. Comes out to 550 calories and 94 grams of protein, 6 net carbs for the whole thing, divide into two for 2 huge servings at 275 calories and 47g protein per serving If you forgot to meal prep and you want something healthy, filling, and packed with protein in no time, you’ve got to give this cucumber tuna salad a try. It’s as easy as it gets, and so good. You can also use leftover rotisserie chicken here if you prefer. Here is how I made it: 1.Thinly slice 5-6 Persian cucumbers for a little crunch and lots of volume. Add it to a large bowl or serving dish. 2.Add 2 cans of drained tuna to the bowl. can aadd any veggies you like here, just make sure they are finely diced so you get a bit of everything in each bite. I added 1/3 cup finely diced pickles (you can also use capers), 2 finely diced green onions or scallions, 1/4 small red onion finely diced, and a large handful of finely diced cilantro or parsley. 4.Finally, let’s dress it up. I added 4 tablespoons of greek yogurt, 1.5 tbsp of mayo, 1 tbsp dijon mustard, a couple generous pinches of salt and pepper and the juice of 1/2 small lemon. Toss it up, and enjoy on its own, as is, or scooped over some bell peppers like I did. Incredibly easy chicken soup! This is one of my favorite meal preps Ingredients: -4 lb chicken of choice (I like using boneless chicken thighs for convenience, but you can also use breasts, a whole chicken or bone in pieces) -8 cups chicken bone broth (preferably homemade) -1 cup diced carrots -1 cup diced celery -1 cup diced yellow onion -3 cloves garlic, minced -Handful of fresh dill -Oil of choice -Salt and pepper -Noodles of choice (optional) I like using Jovial brown rice pasta here Heat a large pot over medium heat, and add a drizzle of oil. Add your onion, carrots and celery with a pinch of salt, and saute until they start to soften, about 5-6 minutes. Add the crushed garlic, and saute for 1 extra minute. Add the broth, fresh dill and chicken. Reduce the heat to medium-low, and simmer until the chicken easily shreds, about 45 minutes (if using bone-in chicken this will take longer). Remove the chicken and shred into bite sized pieces, then add it back to the soup. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and enjoy! This is great with brown rice noodles, or egg noodles depending on your preferences and goals. Keep in mind, this is designed to be as quick and easy as possible! You can also use a whole chicken to get the extra nutrients from the skin & bones, it will just take longer. Enjoy!

The Text Me Back script is finished! 🥳🎉 This is probably the biggest achievement of my life. I have been through so much over the past year, and especially the last three months haven't been easy. But I kept pushing through even when it hurt because when you do, you make sure that one day it'll get easier. I'm so proud of this script. I've been writing novels and screenplays since I was a young teen, on and off, some years more off than on, but I've always kinda felt that my execution didn't live up to my ambitions. But this time, it's everything I wanted it to be and more. In fact, I'll say that it's better than I ever thought it could be. Of course, that's my extremely biased opinion, but I hope that you'll enjoy it just as much as I've enjoyed writing it. Well, that depends on the execution of the actual gameplay too, but I'm confident. I always say that if somebody else can do something, so can I. So, since the first Life is Strange is pretty close to what I want to do gameplay-wise, it's already been done. There's proof it's possible, and so it will be possible for me too. Now, I'll spend the next few weeks polishing the final episode. There are still some things I'm not fully satisfied with. Episode 5 is still a first draft. (I'll also share the final word count at that time. I'm a sucker for word counts.) So, after a couple of weeks, I'll finally start really getting into making the demo, and hopefully, this page will get more interesting as I can start to show things. Don't expect the world right away, but it'll get more and more exciting as we go. I promise. Thanks to all of you for sticking with me through this long writing process! 🤯GENIUS HEALTHY LAVA CAKE DESSERT This is without a doubt the best high protein dessert Ive made and yes it includes cottage cheese! It packs 43g protein and 400 calories for the entire batch, which you can easily divide into 2 or 3 servings. It’s also rich and chocolatey, and you can add as many chocolate chips as you desire to make taste even better! Here is how I made it: Ingredients: 8oz cottage cheese (half a 16oz tub) 2 eggs 4 tbsp powdered monkfruit (or sweetener of choice) 3 tbsp cacao powder (use 2.5 tbsp if you want it less rich) Small splash of vanilla extract Optional but highly recommended: a sprinkle of sugar free or chocolate chips 1️⃣ First, the cottage cheese. I processed 8oz cottage cheese in a small food processor until smooth to get rid of the curds. Transfer to a small oven-safe bowl. 2️⃣ To the processed cottage cheese, crack in 2 eggs 3️⃣ Add the cacao powder (I use 3 tbsp … sometimes more… but I like it really rich) 4️⃣ Stir in 3 to 4 tbsp of powdered monkfruit or preferred sweetener. Make sure it’s POWDERED. ALRIGHT! Introducing SEEDTHREE! A Three.js webgpu procedural plant generator. I'm releasing this fully open source. I built this with Claude Fable and GPT-5.5 Codex + gptimage2 over just the past few days. The best part is: given the code, your agents can add new plants to it all you want! They just need an understanding of the code and an image generator capable of creating material maps. I highly encourage you to do PRs for any extra plants you add! I'll be adding more myself in future versions. The system is fully robust: it provides complete LOD and billboards/imposters generation for the plants and you can adjust the detail levels all you want for different platform targets like mobile and/or use lower LODs as your main for extreme optimization. As this is the first release alpha version, some bugs may have been missed, I encourage you to report any bugs. The repo includes all the assets for the scenery world too, even the ambient sounds of birds and wind! This is targeted at high end laptop and PC use, it requires baking generated geometry, so you won't be using this on a phone (I mean, feel free to try, but I doubt it'll run well, lol). Now is the time to change course. I kicked off fundraising around 19 months ago to... 1. Raise Awareness for Covid and Long Covid. 2. Provide education assistance to families. 3. Provide advocacy assistance. 4. Advocate for education, mitigation, and air filtration. 5. Contact as many political and workforce leaders as I can to request immediate action. If you'd like to donate to my efforts that's great, if you can't that is understandable, and if you just don't want to I would even appreciate a share. I am not raising money to stockpile cash and if we raise a large amount it will go toward setting up a non-profit and hiring a team. That is a far off, long shot goal however so until then I will continue to try to create a job for myself with the help of those who value my work and want to help others. I am not backing down from the goal of becoming a full time advocate for this issue, and I hope to look back on this time as the start of something bigger, and the turning point of when we got enough people to notice and ask for change with us.
