TYLRR HEINEMAN WITH FASTEST AVERAGE TRANSFER IN MLB This CS was .50 with a pop time of 1.86 & throwing velo of 75.8 Contrary to popular opinion, he does not catch the ball deep & take it up out of his glove. This is true of most all the better throwers, especially those with quick transfers. WHAT THE BEST DO 1) They make 1st contact close to full extension with the glove retreating into scap load as they are catching the pitch. This makes for a more rhythmic & tension free load. They do not catch the ball deep close to their chest protector. 2) The ball & glove separation occurs at the sternum or slightly below. 3) The ball is deflected/dropped/exchanged down out of the glove in to an open & supinated hand & not ripped up out out of the glove to a position behind the head.

hi everyone, i've just been hate raided by twitch streamer mazellovvv they are a streamer with 1.1 million followers that sent his viewers to my stream saying comments in Russian that translates to calling me his 'wh*re', indecently asking me to show my chest, racist remarks, calling my stream 'bullshit' and honestly just worse terms im not comfortable typing out. as a vtuber, he sent his viewers to tell me that he 'likes my chest'. i've been told that the best course of action is to report the streamer and ask my community to do so as well. please report this streamer as this behaviour is genuinely appalling. i may be a much smaller streamer in comparison, but i hope that through this we can stop others from being affected by this behaviour too. being a big creator is no excuse to act this way.

Now the dust has settled, Gyokeres wasn’t at his sharpest, but this clip shows exactly why he still adds real value to the team. His movement drags a centre-half out of position, leaving Saka free in the box instead of being double-marked. I’ll say it again - we open teams up far more with Gyökeres leading the line. Defenders are constantly worried about his runs, and that creates space for others to exploit. I’m not giving up on him just yet. It will click. Only gripe here: Saka probably should’ve chopped inside and whipped it. Fine margins.

We received this from a worried constituent with an elderly mother in the area. The fire is causing a lot of smoke and health concerns and disruptions. But there’s absolutely nobody to talk to. Democrats are hanging their constituents out to dry.
