You know, I looked at what kind of training arm wrestlers have, tried one of those, and the size doesn’t increase much, but the amount of strength does, and quite significantly. For example, I can do 40 kg on biceps in half amplitude 5–7 times with one arm in isolation. I picked up a workout from Akimbo, but of course I don’t do it often; for me, basics and calisthenics are still more important

Devon is a mixed bag. Likeable at times, but he's not nearly as likeable as John Brzenk, Toddzilla, Ermes Gasparini, etc,... But at other times he's a cringe AF rude manchild. Perhaps that is what his appeal is, sheer unpredictability. And he's a pretty great armwrestler.

Same reason I love watching arm wrestling. I like how Devon is hyper competitive leading up to and during the match, but then completely switches gears and is humble and generous with praise for his opponent right afterwards. Regardless if he wins or loses.
