Devotion or Capitalism ? The old lady seems more tilted to devotion, but couldn't afford bansuri as the special gift from the priest. VIP culture is a pure mockery of devotion.

I hate this about our temples. Why should rich people have different queues? Don't know this can be changed ever.

Reach people don't have time to stand at queues while the poor can wait for days

mere saath bhi aisa hua tha, tab se main is mandir main 1 rupiya nahi chadhata baaki dusre mandir main jahan aisa nahi hota, vahan acche se chadhava chadhata hu!!!

Same happened with me at Kashi Vishwanath temple I waited 3 hrs in line & couldn't even see Shivji , Pandit pushed me away, God is watching silently, nothing to worry :)

If she/he is in pure devotion then he/she dont need anything from anybody. Once GOD asked a devotee what do you want ; A pure devotee replay - " Tere se milne ke baad kuch rehe jataa hey kya ?"

Dharm ek dhandha hai, jo isme jitna attached hoga uska utna jyada exploitation hoga. khaskr mahila aur ladkiyo ke liye. Dharm bana hai nari ko mardo pr dependent rakhne ke liye. To jo ladki dharmik bne ja rhi hai wo apni aur aane future ladkio ko dharm ke pinjre me daal rhi hai.

Like there are so many temples like these in this country. Hindu religion is very capitalistic and morally shallow at the same time.

She was deprived of bansuri by the priest. The god was watching, she appears empty handed but what she's received can only be realised by her cos when God gives blessings it's beyond recognition by ordinary mortals. She'd surly taken home something much more than a bansuri.

This happens in in churches too. All religions are the same. They are fronts for capitalism for the people that cannot compete in producing materially useful goods and services for people.

Any temple that gives a F about VIP directly comes into my blocklist. I am happy visiting empty temples, just me and god, spend time in cleaning the washing the temple which only gets crowded once a year. I can never find peace among the crowd, theres no way i see god there.

Nowadays, even temples are becoming business centres. If you want to pray, you can pray wherever you are. God is everywhere. 🙏

Blindly following what everyone is doing is not devotion. Blindly worshipping any rock in a big structure, isn't devotion. Devotion and self-knowledge go hand in hand. There cannot be any devotion without self-knowledge.

Doesn't matter. The Priest of these temple have written thousand lives of agony for themselves due to their treachery to the pious relation of priest , god and devotee. She would still get blessing but he would not. This is for all Tirth , be it Vrindavan or Khatu.

One of the reason ppl hate /comeout of Hinduism. Gone thru the same years back at out town.

I have also faced such kind of discrimination in Mathura. If you have money in your pocket they will loot it on the name of lord otherwise you are even not entitled to do the darshan from even 10 feet away of the diety.
